The apartment is very clean, even better than in the photos. The only thing was that it was very hot because of the heated floors, but it will be very warm in the winter. The bathroom has everything you need – slippers, shower gel, shampoo, soap, small and large disposable towels, and even laundry detergent. The presence of a washing machine and hangers is a huge plus. The owner sends detailed instructions on how to move in and is always available. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and it's clear the owner has put a lot of effort into it. The location is excellent. My favorite cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, and there's a good Korean cafe nearby that serves delicious kimbap and jangjangmyeon. There's also a snack shop nearby, perfect for picking up treats for travel or gifts.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Our room was super clean. The breakfast was pretty good considering it’s a small city. I particularly liked the laundry room. It’s so convenient. I’ve been visiting Hunchun for 25 years and it was the best stay so far. A couple of my suggestions are; tall mirror in the room and a switch to turn on only the light in the toilet space.

Excellent hotel! Absolutely top-notch for Hunchun. Clean rooms, wonderful beds, excellent quality of sleep. The best hotel we stayed at in Hunchun. Breakfasts are very basic, there's very little food, but otherwise everything is great! Отличный отель! Для Хуньчуня вообще топ. Чистые номера, прекрасные кровати, отличное качество сна. I'm a british traveller with a Chinese wife. I'm mostly located in China and I speak the language. Hunchun is near to Russia and most of the guests were Russian. Some of the staff can speak a few words of Russian but not much. And no English! The Hotel itself is modern, clean and very technically equipped. The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes itself. The shower took a bit of working out, but once I had mastered it, it was possibly the best shower I'd had in years. The shower is partitioned from the rest of the toilet, which isn't always the case in China. There's an AI person who greets you in Chinese when you enter, but we couldn't work out what the purpose of this was. It didn't understand English and my wife couldn't get a lot of sense out of it in Chinese. But everything else worked, including the curtains which opened and closed remotely. The TV was large and of an excellent quality. The bed was firm, but not hard like some Chinese beds can be, and we slept very comfortably. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. My wife and I are diabetic, so we avoid sweet things. Although there was plenty of meat, vegetables and eggs to keep us going for the day, there was only sweetened coffee, sweetened milk tea and I think sweetened soy milk, in the drinks machine. We managed to get plain hot water out of the machine, but there was only paper cups provided, which was a disappointment considering the price we'd paid and the excellent standard of everything else. I would suggest a coffee machine and milk available at breakfast, and maybe a hot water urn and some tea bags. And some proper cups! I think a place of such good quality deserves a bit more of a variety of food. It was OK, but not great. Disappointing. For people on a low budget (like we were) one should bear in mind that the location isn't very central and it's a bus ride and a 25 minute walk, from the high speed rail station. Taxis are not very expensive but we don't have much money so we got local buses which are not very frequent. So I consider the location to be the most disappointing aspect of this hotel. Everything else was either fine, or excellent. We would definitely consider going there again in the future. It was also the only hotel that has allowed us the late checkout which I've been promised by Trip.com. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Great Stay with Minor Flaws I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The ambiance was relaxing, and I appreciated the quiet environment which made it easy to unwind. The breakfast buffet had good variety, though a few items could have been fresher. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unstable at times, which was inconvenient for work.

Местоположение отличное - дойти до основных ТЦ 10 минут. Сразу за зданием есть где покушать и попить кофе. Обслуживание прекрасное. Мы приехали утром, нам разрешили оставит вещи, дали воды. Разрешили заселиться в 12, хотя заселение в 14. При выезде помогли заказать такси. В отеле брали 2 номера: один с двухспальной кроватью, один с 2 односпальными кроватями. В номерах нет холодильника, душ неудобный, так как внизу нет ограничения воды, закрывается шторкой. Если быть неаккуратным, то вода будет везде. Номера с 2 кроватями немного выглядят свежее, чем с 1 двухспальной. Номера с 2 кроватями выходят окнами на улицу, поэтому они поудачнее. С 1 двухспальной кроватью номер смотрит на здание.

Contactless check-in was very convenient. The room itself was relatively clean, unless you opened the closets—I think they put away trash left by previous tenants there. The apartment is very audible. Our neighbors were having some kind of party, and it was very noisy. Also, the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room. I'd also like to point out that parking is problematic near the building, and there's nowhere to park. Overall, the room was worth the low price. It's a shame there aren't any comfortable apartment hotels in Hunchun.

Остановились в гостинице вместе с семьёй, брала семейный номер с тремя кроватями, администратор увидя двоих детей предложила двухкомнатный номер без доплат, номер очень просторный, каждый день очень тщательная уборка, все принадлежности есть, два кондиционера, напротив гостиницы баня, внизу есть магазинчик продуктовый, отдаленность от торговой улицы, минут 7 на такси. Очень дружелюбный персонал, в гостинице предлагают завтраки 20 юаней с человека, можно покушать рис, омлет с помидорами, корейские салатики, тосты с манговым джемом. Завтрак нам тоже сделали в подарок, очень приятно. Остались очень довольны размещением и отношением, обязательно вернемся

Overall a good hotel, however very small rooms, impossible to even unpack a suitcase. Not bad quality of sleep, very poor breakfasts, almost impossible to eat normally, tasteless and very little.
