Hotel Jiangkou dengan Sarapan

An absolutely amazing hotel! It might be a little hard to get to if you don’t drive, but it is absolutely worth the effort! All the rooms are different, but (for reference) the Lianhua room that we stayed in was incredibly spacious and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they provide a lovely homemade dinner each evening. If you’re planning on going to Yunshe Village, or Fanjingshan, they can help you to arrange transport too.

I was exploring Guizhou and decided to hike Fanmingshan. Compared to others, this was a reasonable price and distance to the scenic area. The immediate surrounding village 寨沙东 had some restaurants and stores (although I walked up the road to eat) and was 40 min walk to the entrance. A few other lodging choices are in more remote sections of the river, with only 1 or 2 store fronts or none at all；while a bit cheaper may have no easy transportation or drive options. I was the only person staying and got upgraded, and enjoyed their light breakfast in the morning. The room was well furnished and had a built-in mattress heater which was excellent in the winter. The owner also helped drive me to the entrance and also arrange the 35 rmb shuttle back to Tongren HSR. All in all excellent value and hospitality!

The hotel is inside the scenic area, so you have to contact them through WeChat to get picked up at the entrance. The wife helped me to get Fanjingshan ticket. I arrived around 4pm and the staff said there’s no more tickets or something. Once she told them again that I’m a foreigner, they said ok and sold me a ticket for next day. In the morning everyone gathered at 7:40am and the husband walked us to the gate to scan our tickets. We went up to the cableway station with all the morning staff. I finished and came back to the hotel at 2:30pm. Got my suitcase and a young man (hotel staff) walked with me to a pick up area for a ride back to Tongren Station. I paid ¥35 for a ride in a 7-seater van. Highly recommend staying at this hotel for easy access to the scenic area.

The hotel room is spacious with all necessary amenities. The small garden is lovely and is right on a dragon pool in Yunshe scenic area. The hotel staff are helpful and attentive. The only issue is their advertisement in Trip.com for a railway station transfer at 100RMB while in fact it turns out to be a chartered driver who charged 200RMB to Tongren railway station. Other than that issue, the hotel is a perfect rest stop before or after climbing Mount Fanjing. The Yunshe scenic area itself is also charming, not too touristic. It is good to see daily slow life activities like gardening, people herding flock of ducks back home, women washing clothes on a nearby stream etc. There are a few building construction going on, perhaps new hotels are being built. I hope that it will not rush the village into mass tourist attraction.

The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes walking from the park entrance. Staff is extremely nice, will use translators to help you, offer luggage storage and can help you arrange transportation from the town to Tongren (train station, main city nearby) or wherever you’re going, at a better price than ride hailing apps. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed was big and comfortable, bathrooms are also spacious and clean, with a sliding door separating the toilet from the shower. My room was facing the road and the noise wasn’t high. In China it’s rare to find hotels with noise isolating panels so overall this was a very quiet hotel which was a blessing for resting after a hard day of hiking. There’s a couple restaurants directly next to it, or behind it if you access through one of the stairs in the nearby buildings. It’s a very convenient place to stay, not too close to the east entrance gate (5 mins walking but avoids all the noise), very comfortable and staff is remarkably nice. They also have free laundry service which is a blessing if you’re travelling for long. I would definitely stay here again. The building has an elevator so no problem carrying bags. They’re kind enough to help you with them though. So yes, very good choice, well located and exceptional service.

Al realizar el checkin nos quisieron cobrar 100 yuanes como depósito, cuando con el registro de trip no estaba en las condiciones. Contactamos con el equipo de soporte técnico de trip y lo solventaron. Por el resto, todo bien. Nos ha gustado mucho el lugar, siendo una buena localización para ir a las montañas de Fanjing y también recomendamos el dejarse perder por el pueblo.

to be honest, This hotel is definitely good value for money. Compared to hotels near shops, I prefer accommodations that are some distance away from Fanjing Mountain. One of the reasons is that if you want to walk around shops or go shopping at night, you will be disturbed and forcefully sold to by many people. The hotel provides many services including transportation to the entrance of Fanjing Mountain and breakfast. This is a very thoughtful service and I am very satisfied with it. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and many locals dine there. Choosing 3D2N is definitely the first choice. Going up and down the mountain consumes a lot of energy. After we came down the mountain, we went straight to the hotel and slept for 14 hours. The only downside to being near Fanjing Mountain is that it is very far to other attractions. Make sure you can catch a car or bus back to the hotel before nightfall.

江口這家酒店超出預期！環境安靜，遠離吵鬧，晚上睡得很好。房間乾淨整潔、佈置温馨，床品舒服，設施新。離梵凈山東門近，自駕停車方便 。周邊吃的多，本地特色菜味道正宗，價格實惠。服務熱情貼心，性價比很高，全家都滿意，來梵凈山首選！

This was the best service we received in China so far. We booked the hotel quite last moment after contacting the owner, because they were extremely helpful securing for us the Fanjingshan tickets offline (because online tickets were sold out). Then they prepared breakfast and snacks for us before climbing the mountain. It is only a bit over a kilometer from the scenic area entrance. Our concierge Xiao Wu and his hospitality was beyond anything we ever experieneced in any hotel, he helped us organize a transportation, helped with translating, recommended the best restaurants in the area and even handled discounts for us. When it comes to the hotel itself - beautiful smaller place but with lot of rooms. The pool is nice relaxing treat after hard walking the main attraction in the area. Always clean and well organized. The only thing we did not understand was that big rooms had only one double bad, and room with two double beds was comparatively smaller.. I wish more international tourists would visit this area and this hotel in particular, the staff would appreciate practicing some English.. :-)
