Hotel Kashgar dengan Sarapan

I will keep repeating it, THANK you to our amazing Landlady. When you travel, people are the ones that make the trip memorable, and she definitely made our days in Kashgar unforgettable ones. The day after we left we were missing her already. The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable, beds are nice, you feel like home, and the location is amazing. (And there is a very friendly cat!)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

設施：酒店位置在新區，旁邊全是酒店，各種品牌的好多，樓下吃飯的夜市非常多，超市也有。門口停場有點窄，停不幾個車，後面也能停，有慢充。 衞生：房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，床品非常整潔。點贊。餐廳在一樓大廳有點擠了，位置不多，餐類不算多，正常水平。 環境：房間佈置温馨，樓道乾淨，洗臉盆水大，淋浴水小， 服務：挺好的，熱情。能350以內左右定到不算虧。

The hotel exterior was amazing, felt like we were in some sort of fairy tale. Location was fantastic too, right in the middle of the ancient city so we were in the middle of it all as soon as we woke up. Room was very clean and tidy, but the service was on another level. The breakfast was so good and had so much variety that we were full for the whole day! But the best part of our trip was Enwar, he was beyond AMAZING! his English was impeccable so we had a good time conversing and he really taught us a lot about the culture and we felt like we made a genuine friend on this trip. He took us to places after we got lost and really was an amazing human being, who also helped us get the best deals when it came to shopping as well! I wish nothing but the best for him. He also ensured we were super comfortable and all our needs were taken care of. ONLY 2 downsides were the room didn't have any window, which was not made super clear during booking and the aircon faced away from the bed so can get a little on the hotter side but nothing too unbearable as we generally had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable. Also the private balcony was accessible by anyone living in the hotel so wasn't exactly private.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by restaurants, a shopping mall, and a public park. The rooms are new and clean; however, my room had a smoking smell even though I had requested a non-smoking room. On the bright side, the service is excellent and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is also very good with a standard, wide variety of options to choose from. They also offer an airport drop-off service, which is fantastic, but you do need to book it in advance.

This hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day. The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.  The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The staff are incredibly cooperative, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their positive energy creates such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere that it truly feels like a home away from home.The view is perfect as I uploaded in the pic and its so good that i have booked it again for the next day and for my friends as well, if i come to kashghar again i will surely book this hotel A special thanks to one of the staff membe…….she is exceptionally kind, beautiful, gentle, and always treats every guest with genuine care and respect. Here is the English review you've been looking for. I stayed at Sahuan for 5 days arriving from Kyrgyzstan. The place is clean and quiet, both the ground floor and rooftop are suitable for doing things on your laptop. The owner is particularly nice as he helped me with every possible thing I needed as a newcomer (we spoke Mandarin the whole time). The showers are hot, wifi is fast and you can wash your clothes. 5 out of 5, would stay again!

The location is close to Ancient city. The breakfast is very basic and very crowded since it is shared with other hotel. Coffee machine dispensed cold water with instant coffee pellets which are not dissolved.
