Hotel Kashgar dengan Sarapan

I will keep repeating it, THANK you to our amazing Landlady. When you travel, people are the ones that make the trip memorable, and she definitely made our days in Kashgar unforgettable ones. The day after we left we were missing her already. The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable, beds are nice, you feel like home, and the location is amazing. (And there is a very friendly cat!)

非常開心的一次住宿，位置就是古城西區門口，過個馬路便是，很方便。房間大小合適，收拾得也很乾凈。從老闆，老闆娘到裏面每一個人對客人都是特別的熱情，每次見面都笑呵呵的，還推薦了不少好吃的地方，每一個都好吃到停不下來。第一天提前到門口等待，臨走開車送機，老闆娘還送了一個小禮物 。這是我住過的酒店和民宿裏服務最好的，讓人沒有距離感，像去朋友家做客一樣 ，讓這次的南疆之旅劃了一個完美的句號。對了，臨走才知道他家在東區也有一家，叫歸徠寧居，看圖片好漂亮，下次再來喀什一定要去體驗下。

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. [Photo]: Spotted a robot delivering takeout while I was working — fun to hear the way she talked! Service: Outstanding. Polite and responsive staff. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

This hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day. The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.  The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

We stayed 6 nights and found the hotel very comfortable, clean, spacious. The staff were all helpful & friendly. We got to know the Manager & staff who could speak Cantonese which made it easier for us from HK to communicate. We were guided by the Manager to a nearby good restaurant We were appreciative of the welcome plate of dried & fresh fruits, nuts. The Breakfast selection was suficient with freshly made noodles, plus other hot dishes. Note that it starts from 8am which can be considered late compared to other hotels but because Xinjiang is really 2 hours behind the rest of China but they have to follow Beijing time. The free Laundry room was helpful. I did have an issue with housekeeping as on the first day the room was cleaned, the staff took my own personal toothbrush which I have been using awhile for travelling. Although it was not expensive, it has never bee taken by many of the other hotels I have used it. I informed the Manager but the next day it happened again! This time I was using the hotel's toothbush but still, guests should not have their items taken! Fortunately I locked up valueable items in my suitcase each day. Apart from this issue, we would consider staying here again when we visit again next year.

Our stay here was nothing short of extraordinary, a mix of local cultural heritage right in the heart of the old city with excellent amenities and staff who went out of their way to make our experience special. A resounding shoutout goes to Penny for not only providing us with everything we needed and more, but truly now feels like a friend. We want to thank all the staff and people that we met on our stay here and while we were in Kashgar, thank you! 🥹✨💖

原以為這家酒店有些年頭設施會比較老舊所以沒有作為首選。陰差陽錯，到喀什早上八點，而很多看中的酒店得下午二點後才能入住，於是電話諮詢這家前台後表示最快中午前就能辦入住且到達當天就給我們提供一次早餐。 我們到酒店後把行李寄放在前台就去餐廳用了早餐，有不少菜可以選擇，也有包子油條饅頭雞蛋。 我們吃完早餐就直接去了喀什古城遊覽，距離酒店很近，步行至南門五分鐘就夠。古城晚上有夜市，逛完吃完累了回酒店也方便。 酒店給我們升級了房型，有辦公桌，水吧，衞浴乾濕分離，設施也是智控的，可能因為剛裝修過。 去機場也專門為我們派車送達，整個七座商務車也很舒適。 唯一指出的是洗衣房烘乾機衹有一台。 總結，前台的服務熱情耐心，處理速度很快，也都解決了我們的需求，五星酒店的服務態度和效率，手動點贊👍🏻

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The staff are incredibly cooperative, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their positive energy creates such a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere that it truly feels like a home away from home.The view is perfect as I uploaded in the pic and its so good that i have booked it again for the next day and for my friends as well, if i come to kashghar again i will surely book this hotel A special thanks to one of the staff membe…….she is exceptionally kind, beautiful, gentle, and always treats every guest with genuine care and respect. Her friendly attitude and dedication made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and offers a peaceful environment. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail reflects the hotel’s commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring guests have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, outstanding hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit. I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
