Excellent hotel, top notch service. The oxygen in the room is a life saver for me. Staff was super helpful with ticket bookings and trip planning. Highly recommended and hope to return soon.

A hidden gem tucked away in the small streets of Bakuo, less than 10 minutes walk to Jokhang temple. This hotel is honestly the most unique place I have ever stayed, it used to be the home of Lhasa’s King Gesar, turned into a museum. The hotel staff we very friendly, had a nice family feel and I was coming home at the end of every stay. The two cats at the reception area are a highlight of this hotel. They do a daily incense burning ritual around 9ish, which got to take part in. If you’re interested, head down to the courtyard before that time. If you’re looking for a modern hotel, this isn’t the place for you but if you’re looking for something with history and heritage, this is definitely the hotel for you! Just something’s to note, not the whole hotel has lifts. Check with the hotel first if the room your looking has lift lift access first if thats a concern for you. And the room did not have a fridge, but we hanged our stuff outside the window as it’s so cold 😅. Thanks for an amazing stay, definitely recommend!

This four star hotel provided excellent service.from the front desk to the staff who are very friendly, cheerful andhelpful. The room is beyond our expectation, spacious and clean and equipped with oxygen provider just in case we needed it. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who come to Xining, well worth the money we spent. We'd rate this hotel with Execellent.

I stayed at this hotel from June 5-7 2026. The official check in time is listed at 2 pm. They did not give me access to my room until after 4 pm. Furthermore, laundry is listed as included service and they said their facility was not working and had to send it somewhere else. They charged me a hefty fee. I believe it’s a misnomer for this hotel to call themselves “international” This hotel really only caters to Chinese speaking populations, which is fine and the typical situation in Lhasa, but to be more accurate, the hotel shouldn’t make the claim “international.” That would typically imply better more comprehensive services for people outside of one population and nationality. This hotel is listed as 5 stars in Lhasa. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels. According to my experience, this hotel doesn’t measure up to a 5 star standard. Perhaps it did in the past. 5 star hotels typically have much better restaurants and dining options. The room was clean and I had a nice view.

真心推薦這家酒店！從進店辦理入住到退房全程體驗感拉滿。前台工作人員熱情禮貌，尤其是前台央吉服務非常周到、服務響應及時。房間打掃得一塵不染，佈局合理，床墊軟硬適中，睡眠質量特別好。衞浴乾爽無異味，配套設施齊全齊全完好。地理位置交通便利，出行覓食都很方便，整體性價比遠超預期，已經收藏，下次出行首選這家！

They were incredibly helpful, professional, and patient — solving my issues quickly and making sure everything was taken care of. Bosses and staff were caring with my altitude sickness. Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. I extended my stay and returned for another night after a trip.

標準四星酒店水準吧，軟硬件都是。房間新裝修過，設施還行。早飯實在不靈。衝著離羅布林卡近訂了一晚，實際因酒店大門位置，走走也要十幾二十分鐘的，高原體力要省着用，所以還是打車來回了
