1) The free high tea set. Egg tart was delicious.
2) The free breakfast, which has 螺蛳粉 (I opted for something none spicy instead).
3) The really nice dining area by the window to enjoy the night view and my dinner.

強烈推薦！陪失戀的姐妹來柳州玩，剛到酒店辦入住時前台主動免費給我們升級了智能雙床房，全程巨貼心温柔，房間也很乾凈，設施也挺新，智能房體驗很不錯！最滿意的是廁所，智能馬桶，馬桶墊會發熱，還配有一次性馬桶墊，衞生間還有專門的化粧鏡，需要什麼電話前台很快就能滿足！而且早餐很豐盛，起的晚九點多才下樓吃，但還是很豐盛，餛飩好吃，西米露好吃，炒粉切粉都好吃，甜品一般，而且這個天氣居然還有西瓜，沒了馬上就補滿，絕！體驗很棒！下次再來！

我偶然入住了優範酒店，收穫了一次超棒的住宿體驗。酒店採用的現代簡約裝修風格極具時尚感，大堂寬敞明亮，裝飾簡約而不失品味。房間的佈局合理，每一處細節都處理得很到位，寬敞的空間讓人心情愉悦。床品蓬鬆柔軟，晚上躺在上面，很快就能進入甜美的夢鄉，隔音效果好得沒話説，能讓我得到充分的休息。浴室乾濕分離，鏡子明亮清晰，洗漱用品都是獨立包裝，乾淨又衞生。早餐的味道和種類都很贊，不僅有各種熱菜涼菜，還有現做的煎餅、麪條，每一口都能感受到滿滿的誠意。酒店的工作人員態度親切友好，服務專業高效，從始至終都讓人感覺賓至如歸，下次還會選擇這裏！

除去這個，真的是非常不錯的一個酒店，地理位置極佳，周圍各種餐飲店鋪，下樓就是五星街，離風情港也很近。房間內設施也不錯，床墊和枕頭舒服，床品乾淨，服務員都熱情友善。就是前面提到的衞生間地漏反味，算是最大的黑點。網上有專門的防反味地漏，店方去採購點啊，不要把這麼好的一副牌打壞了

300米高空景色一流，全景落地窗，衞生服務都是一流，就是有兩個小建議。1.衞生間的所不能反鎖;2.地下停車場第一次去很不好找，因為負一層酒店周邊都是滿的，但負二層很空，應該在地庫入口處和地下停車場詳細指示，直接引導去負二層，右轉就到了！

酒店服務人員都很nice,不是那種商業笑容，是很真心在服務，很真誠，都在處處為客人着想，酒店的很多細節做的都很用心，看的出來老闆是用真心在做事，客户都可以感受的到。
這樣的真心經營，生意一定會越來越好。
酒店有免費洗衣，也非常乾淨，細節做的很棒。
餐廳的早餐也乾淨，吃的比較舒服。

LLucy LuLocation was great, it is close to shopping areas and local restaurants. Service was okay - front desk was helpful at checking in, but no other service was provided, no concierge or parking staff. Cleanliness is adequate to that of a 2-3 star hotel, rooms were clean but other spaces in the hotel was not such as the dining area, this is a hotel shared with other services so tons of random people going in and out. Little to none amenities, no coffee bars (just instant coffee in the lobby), no lounge, gyms, breakfast bar was small. Rooms indicated non-smoking rooms were available but upon check in, staff told me there are no non-smoking rooms. Most hallways and rooms reeked of smoke.

Room is clean and room service is quick and thorough.The view is one of a kind, seeing all of Liuzhou and overlooking the river.
Breakfast is tasty and the kitchen staff is very friendly and will cater your special diet requirements.
Even though the the employees don't speak much english (Reception desk or buffet workers), their manager is extremely helpful, speaks english, and will go beyond your expectations to help you and resolve any issues that arise. Wouldn't try any other hotel when traveling to Liuzhou.

MMEITEEEcharm Hotel (Liuzhou High Speed Railway Station) is very close to the Liuzhou train station, but please make sure you go to the East Square of the train station, and walk forward to the north-east direction,otherwise you will like me, exit from west square, walk 2-3km to the hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly,especially the resturant provides cheap price but tasty foods. The rooms is in system upgrade, key card can not worked well, and room has heavy smoky smell in some rooms, and air condition is not cool, we have to change 3 rooms, but hotel staffs are helpful. The bed is big and comfortable. Overall, the hotel is good in domestic hotels.

HHaidailvdouzhenhaochi來柳州都會住這家，從去年6月開始每個月都會來一次，最多是12月住了三次。這次是紀念日所以訂的套房，各方面都OK的，打車去火車站也很近，就在萬達旁邊吃喝都有很多選擇，還特別感謝因為銀行卡限額的原因，衹收取了少部分的按金，上次住套房有備註需要果盤，這次入住沒備註也很快送到了，好評。
有個地方需要改善一下∶10月底生日也是入住商務套房，上一次辦入住的時候前台沒提到行政禮遇和免費迷你吧的事，萬悦會小程序預訂的時候頁面也沒有展示。這次入住在攜程預訂的，頁面也沒有展示，倒是辦入住的時候前台有提到一嘴，不知道能不能效仿其他國際聯號酒店一樣放一張介紹信在桌面上呢？
另外，行政酒廊關了好久，大堂吧的熱菜只有兩個選擇有點少了，可能是降本增效吧？早餐麪檔的河粉好容易煮爛哦，夾不起來衹能用勺子吃，不知道是因為燙太久還是粉原來的原因，迷你吧的汽水也沒了，哭啦，半夜想喝冰可樂打給快捷中心説是餐廳打烊了沒辦法送了，衹能自己喊外賣了。
anyway，還是瑕不掩瑜的，希望能採納一下意見啦，下次見:）

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is in the heart of the nicest area in Liuzhou. The square is within 1 minutes walking where there are shops, McDonald's, Starbucks etc with so many small stalls selling food, especially at night where it comes alive. Right next to the river where you can see all the lights at night and take a boat ride. Traffic in this area can be difficult so be patient but it's worth it.
This hotel has a very good breakfast buffet in the morning and there is a spa for massage, facial etc on the 12th floor plus business meeting rooms and a rotating restaurant on the top floor.
The room I had was spotless clean and very big. No smoke smell (which is common in China) and plenty of towels, a Western shower, very nice. The old bad thing to say is the bed is like a rock but harder! Absolutely no padding. The floor would be more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night.
Overall a great place and super nice staff.

HHannah20180The Chinese style breakfast was really good and plentiful. The room was clean and large, with a little couch to sit on. I enjoyed having a table I could sit and work at. Bed was comfortable. Overall very clean and great hotel, especially for the price. The only problem during my stay was the elevator was broken when I arrived. Apparently the staff had repairmen there trying to fix it all day. By the next day it was fixed, but that evening they arranged a room for me on the fifth floor and helped me carry my luggage up. The elevator breaking seemed like a one off occurrence.
