The rooms are very compact, and have everything you need apart from a cooking area. There is a fridge though. There is storage under the bed and good air conditioning. You can also have access to a laundry room and parking around the corner for an extra charge. With a bar and restaurant downstairs and it's central location it's perfect for exploring the city. The staff are very friendly and supportive too.

It’s a nice 2km walk to the city center, and you could stroll around the park in the evening to check out the Auckland Botanical Garden. Just a heads-up, there’s no airport transfer, but you can easily grab an Uber.

Fantastic city location, great little studio apartment. Clean, spacious rooms, lifts were always available. Convenient cafe located in foyer. Only issue is with their lack of parking space. It was a game of musical chairs whenever we returned back to our apartment day or night. Although we paid and were allotted a car park space, inevitably it was occupied by another car. Throughout our stay I went to the front reception to request our parking space be made available as we had paid for it. Almost all staff were exceptional with communication, including friendly cleaning staff. There was only one reception person who was non communicative and showed little interest. We insured we spoke to the others who were happy to engage and answer questions when they arose, to insure we had a great stay.

Walking distance to airport which most suitable for those midnight plane. The hotel also have restaurant, so dinner can just eat at there no need to walk out. Strongly recommended.

The location is near the city centre and the riverside market, within walking distance. We booked a deluxe triple room with three single bed and a private bathroom, which is awesome. However, there might be some noise from the outside during midnight which couldn’t be blocked fully by the windows.

The self check-in at reception in theory is a good idea however in reality it's unstable and hard to use especially for older folks. Guests arrived tired and don't appreciate having to log in and don't have keys to get into their rooms and loose precious time. The hotel entrance needs a ramp and the entrance sign is not very clear. It's good to have Tuare, the hotel manager help us log in. He does his job very well. He is responsible, capable and very accommodating and he made our stay really pleasant. We are very grateful for his kind and willingness to serve us with smiles. Thank you Tuare for a job well done! We will see you again soon. Excellent location, next to bus terminals.

Spacious room and conveniently located in city centre. Friendly staff. On site parking is limited but the meter parking is free of charge from 6pm till 9am.

Flawless stay with spectacular views and outstanding service! We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Peppers Bluewater Resort. Everything about this property deserves a perfect 5/5. The room itself was excellent, incredibly comfortable, and spotlessly clean. To top it all off, the views from the resort were simply spectacular and made our stay feel truly special. The amenities and location were also fantastic. What really set this experience apart, though, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but we want to give a special thank you to the restaurant Sophia, and Kate at reception. They both went above and beyond to provide great help and made us feel so well looked after. We highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling with family and would absolutely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is about 10 - 15 mins to the city centre. But to catch the Airport bus to the hotel, I would recommend catching the Metro Bus no 29 and should get off at the bus stop on corner of Salisbury and Colombo St. The hotel is just 2 mins walk (actually the hotel is at the traffic intersection). The room is about 20m2, clean.

位置很好：離intercity站，市內公交車站，購物的地方都很近。樓下還有KFC和小禮品店，酒店旁邊還有一個小型mall很多吃的。離三家超市稍微遠一點，走過去15-20分鐘～ 房間：很乾凈，衞生間的多層毛巾架是加熱的，毛巾和小件的衣服放在上面第二天就幹了，很方便。 服務：前台有會中文的服務人員，所以對英文一般的遊客來説很方便～ 注意：前台不是24小時的，如果太早或太晚到達、離開，提前通知酒店，酒店會告訴你如何自助入住取卡～英文不好的話，可以讓攜程幫忙聯繫～
