I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a holiday trip. The location is very convenient, with easy access to food, shopping areas, transport, and tourist attractions. The room is clean, comfortable, and suitable for a relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. During my stay, my luggage was accidentally damaged by a driver, and the hotel staff kindly helped me to repair and handle the issue quickly. Their service and attitude were truly excellent and made my trip much more comfortable. Overall, the environment is safe, pleasant, and worth staying at. I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

My stay at Best Wishes was absolutely wonderful—it’s hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve visited in China! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The attention to cleanliness was exceptional, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking— But what truly made my experience special was the staff. They were incredibly hands-on, friendly, and went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Meizhou. Most importantly, I haven’t slept this well in a long time! The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything was just perfect for a restful night. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and welcoming hotel with stunning views, [Hotel Name] is the place to stay. 對於一個台灣人來說 媽祖娘娘是我們從小就信仰的根基 從2008年來到大陸工作生活後再2012年轉到廈門來定居至今 湄洲島一直是我想要來朝聖的地方 終於在有假期的時候安排上 並且這次住的嶼念民宿對我來說有個非常美好的回憶... 1.首先民宿的設計風格屬於輕奢溫暖的主題 房間乾淨 設備不能說齊全 但是麻雀雖小 五臟俱全 2. 在服務性上絕對沒話說 從入住前的前台小姐姐 三天全程的幫我諮詢各種的門票 景點 到租小電驢 一次次的不厭其煩地幫我們服務著 又貼心態度又好 不急不躁 倍感親切 3. 外賣可以直接送達 另外大廳的餐廳可以泡茶 店主免費地提供茶具 甚至我們在那裏點外賣用餐都盡可能提供我們餐具及各種方便 總之店主及前台小姊姊服務都特別好 4.民宿地點剛好在環島路上 非常方便 騎著電驢就可以往回走可以去祖廟 往下走就可以去各種沙灘 印象媽祖 緣起湄洲 各個景點 非常方便 5. 進出島還提供了接送服務 司機大哥人很熱情 是島民 會跟你介紹沿途景點 讓我們很直觀的可以知道那些地方可以去 親切感十足 6. 早餐很精緻 沒有問題 大人小孩都喜歡 總之嶼念民宿讓我愛上了湄洲島 以後我會常常來湄洲 觀光以及祈誠媽祖祈福之旅

This is one of the BEST hotel I've stayed so far. Firstly, the room is super clean, hotel staff is also very friendly, breakfast buffet is pretty good! The room we booked is also huge, there is definitely ample space for multiple people and luggages! Bed is comfortable as well, and shower pressure is strong. A little downside is its about 20mins from the main city. Also, laundry and dryer are available for free. I will fully recommend this place if you're here for a short trip! Also, there is free car pick up and drop off service to Putian train station. You have to contact them a few days in advance. For international tourists, recommend that you use wechat and is able to type chinese for reserving the service :)

Hotel location is good, walkable to 万达广场 and surrounding many food street. Room is super big & nice..clean & comfortable. Room comes with smart home technology. There’s a laundry room and gym and game room. Hotel staff are friendly & polite especially 小吴经理。 Definitely will be back and is our 1st choice hotel in Putian. 我们是新加波过来旅游的，就入住了凯思酒店。 酒店评价高。 酒店全屋智能，房间也干净整洁。 工作人员服务热情及时，性价比高，尤其是小吴经理。 我会推荐给我的朋友们，我们也会再来的。

The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian! 莆田香格里拉酒店地理位置优越，对面就是大型购物中心，旁边就是花园。房间舒适温馨，服务周到细致，一位名叫（Melvin）的服务员亲自送我们到房间，在大堂碰到我们时会问我们是否需要任何帮助。所有员工都非常友好热情，为我们提供了很多游玩建议。入住类似酒店，我们很少体验到如此卓越的服务。房间的河景令人惊艳。香园餐厅的菜肴美味可口，服务员（Lydia）的服务也无可挑剔，还主动为我们提供了额外的点心和汤。菜量十足，价格也十分合理。强烈推荐给所有来莆田的游客！!

The hotel and the design of the room and amenities are very practical. Friendly front desk staff. The washing machine and dryers are free and easy to use. Overall very good experience will stay here again when visiting in the future.

I don’t really write reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but this is really a negative experience … Firstly, not recommended if coming to stay in cold season (Autumn/ Winter/ Spring). The aircon/ heater system is centralised so you can’t adjust the temperature. Secondly, according to the receptionist, they only have ONE tower fan so not really available. Lastly, the attitude of receptionist and housekeeping is extremely unfriendly compared to before (I stayed here 3 times) and I put a good review in 2023. This time, the solution they provided to a female guest is to open the window and curtain at night for cold air… which I personally think is inconsiderate for a female guest. I gave my feedback to the receptionist when I checked-out so hopefully they can add more tower fans to their inventory.

04* property with nice hotel and clean. Room spacious. The staff doesn't speak well English but their service is very good. The location is quick convenient with Flower shop, pastry shop , restaurant and convenient store within 50meter walking distance.
