Hotel Kaunti Shengsi dengan Sarapan

An excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns. All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

The building is on top of a small hill so the views are fantastic, however on sunny days the room becomes quite hot if you leave the curtains open for too long. Friendly staff, the room is very spacious and clean, the breakfast is great too.

Tengo una sensacion agridulce El personal fue adorable Pero no funciona DiDi ni los taxis en la Isla y los precios son desorbitados (claramente un negocio cuando ven a un turista) Tampoco pudimos bañarnos ni ducharnos por problemas con las tuberías sucias ( el agua salía marrón…) En fin espero volver algún día y que la experiencia sea diferente.

Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Gouqi Island. The room offered a beautiful sea view, which made our stay especially relaxing and memorable. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to a lively food street with plenty of dining options to choose from. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. When we unfortunately fell ill during our stay, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His support during that time meant a lot to us. He also kindly helped arrange transportation, which made everything much easier. To top it off, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift at check-in, which was a lovely touch. I really can’t rate this hotel highly enough—both for the facilities and, most importantly, for the genuine care and generosity shown to us.

We had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible stay! The best we’ve had in China. The hotel staff were very helpful and attentive. They formed a WeChat group to help us to communicate, order food, to if we had any questions. The food is absolutely top quality, huge portions and delicious,highly recommend having lunch or dinner here at least once (make sure to place your order 1 day in advance). Good breakfast, even though few European style options. The swimming pool is very clean and absolutely huge with amazing views over the sea and town. Room is very clean, service is good, ver Yu good quality shower gel and shampoo, and anything we needed was brought to us very quickly. The location is the best on the island - a little remote but along the most beautiful stretch of road. You can rent an e-bike right in the car park and the national parks are very close (10 minutes away). Very peaceful stay, felt very at home there. Our favourite feature was the amount to plants in the hotel - smell amazing and make it feel very welcoming. There is also access to a small beach - like your own private entrance to the sea.

除了貴沒啥可説……服務?什麼是服務?島上看不出來，衹要有錢啥都好説 這個利慾薰心的社會啊。號稱這島70年代是小香港。香港消費希望大家都懂……説住滿了人，其實就一家，其他房間都空着……早上醒來發現了蜈蚣，萬一被咬就麻煩了……

Этот гостевой дом оставил у нас очень приятные впечатления! До чего же мил хозяин этого заведения - он помогал нам во всех вопросах, только благодаря нему мы смогли купить билеты на паром, добраться до места и очень классно провести время, катаясь на арендованном мопеде по острову. В номерах была идеальная чистота. Перед нами были люди, которые курили, поэтому там был плохой запах. Но когда мы сказали про это хозяину - он сразу и без вопросов переселил нас. В номерах всё удобно и сделано для людей. Очень приятное освещение. И балкон с возможностью слушать шум прибоя и дышать морским воздухом. Море оказалось чистым, но купаться можно только на одном пляже. Он расположен далеко от отеля, но это не было минусом. Было приятно кататься на мопеде, так как все дороги на острове ровные и на них очень мало машин и чудесные виды. А, и да. В доме прекрасный пёсик;) И нам сделали бесплатные крутые фотографии, хозыин распечатал нам лучшую из них. В общем, искренне рекомендую! Мы решили, что обязательно вернёмся ещё раз.

For the cost (especially considering I bought a budget room) this is a good call, especially if your aim is to spend time exploring. It looked a bit down at heel from the outside (Goji berry island is mostly an unpretentious fishing community, not a glamorous destination, but that's part of the charm), but I was pleasantly surprised to find my room quite clean, decently spacious, everything functioning well, and a comfortable bed. Even the partial bay view was nice! Though I don't speak Chinese, the front desk staff were helpful in advising me on things like purchasing return ferry tickets, taxi prices, and restaurant recommendations. (You can try Xianmiao for seafood!) The location is also good, just at the bottom of the hill over to the Houtouwan fishing village, and quite near the island's main restaurant and market street. Breakfast was typical fare, but freshly made.
