From the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits. Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet. One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip. The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat. This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

Location was good, about 7 mins walk from Exit B of Qing Nian Da Jie (there's a shortcut to cut through a building, which you will see on the left). Generally it is easily accessible to some of the famous streets and areas such as Zhong Jie, Gu Gong (palace). It is also easy to change train to other lines. Taking Didi is less recommended as I felt that the traffic are generally quite heavy, public transport is more convenient. If road condition is good, will take about 20 mins to international airport from hotel as well. Overall, it's good!

來瀋陽旅遊！！意外發現的一家寶藏酒店🏨😭 怡程酒店真的太棒啦！就在瀋陽北站南廣場正對面，過個馬路就能到，旁邊就是地鐵站，2號線、4號線都在這兒交匯，出行超方便，酒店還有接送站服務呦。 酒店環境真的絕了 融合了山水和文化氣息的裝修風格，時尚又不失典雅，滿滿的東方韻味，特別適合拍照打卡。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住的速度很快，酒店採用刷房卡上樓的方式，再加上點外賣有機器人配送，安全感直接拉滿！走廊電梯旁的小桌子上隨時備有礦泉水，想喝就拿，真的超貼心~ 房間整體設計簡約大氣，空間乾淨整潔。床品柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬恰到好處！衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全，高級感滿滿。房間還配備了智能語音系統，動動嘴就能讓小度控制燈光、窗簾、電視，妥妥的懶人福音。 早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，麪條、餛飩味道超讚，開啟活力滿滿的一天。午晚餐還提供好吃的商務餐！ 還有接送站服務～ 有專人送你到瀋陽北站  還有工作餐 可以隨意點菜 還可以打包在高鐵上吃 都是現炒的飯菜很好吃 如果需要洗衣服都是有服務人員來取衣服和送衣服的 真心推薦瀋陽北站怡程酒店，不管是出差還是旅行，這裏都是絕佳的選擇！

Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

酒店地理位置優越，房間乾淨衞生，作為主題房間，配置合理，小童喜歡，但主題拖鞋看上去不是全新，裏面起小黑球，和主題睡衣一樣，感覺像街頭攝影棚的道具服，滿是小毛球，特別拉低檔次，沒敢讓孩子使用；過年期間午晚餐酒店沒有自助，可以點外賣機器人送餐，但機器少排隊需要30分鐘以上，到房間基本都涼了，房間內有冰櫃，但裏面東西需要另行收費，一瓶礦泉水需要25元，還是一貫的沒有性價比，建議配置點適中的免費物品，畢竟上千元一天的房費，現在很多酒店都已經為了提高體驗感給予贈送了，早餐中規中矩，談不上驚喜，但對得起五星的價格，特別提一句是二樓外包店的烤鴨，很好吃，值得一品；本次就是為了領孩子吃烤鴨，選擇住在這個酒店的。

Highly recommend Swissotel Shenyang for any traveller visiting Shenyang! My husband and I stayed in the Swiss select suite room and it was super spacious, clean, with unblocked views of the Shenyang TV tower. The room is also thoughtfully designed and stocked, making our stay very comfortable! The staff were also super hospitable, from check in staff to housekeeping staff, everyone was so friendly and genuine, and that made us feel super at home. Special shout out to Eric from the concierge who was attentive and super helpful, going the extra mile by offering us travel tips and ensuring we knew how to get our way around. Thank you Swissotel Shenyang team for the great stay experience! I will definitely look forward to staying at the Swissotel Shenyang the next time I’m back in the city!

房間乾淨、衞生整潔、設施完善、服務完好，每天有送酸奶、水果服務，還有大浴缸，大浴缸還有一次性浴袋，餐廳有自助餐、也可以房間點餐，酒店對面離中街和劉老根二人舞台很近，性價比非常高，奈斯😊✌✌🏽️👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Saw their ads on *******. Personally I'm a tourist. For the price it's slightly pricey. However my room is equipped with an outdoor bath. Which is really cool. Got 2 tickets for the hot spring. Which was cool as well, a lot of the things you saw online are close, like the outdoor pool. Which is a little sad. However some onsen and indoor pools are still available. Things inside are pricey. From food to drinks however this is a resort. So it's fine. Huge place with nice amenities. Breakfast is my favourite part of the stay.

Great location is close to metro station, eateries, and imperial museum. Hotel personnel are friendly. Hotel is an older building, and need to be renovated. There is sewer odor in elevator, and hall. Lighting in hall is dim. Breakfast offers a variety of food and fruits. Room is clean and average size. 

The location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station. It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map. I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk. Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym. There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment. The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay. The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls. Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin. Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business. This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.) Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍
