Everything about our stay at this hotel in Shenyang was spot on. The room, service, and location were all excellent. A big plus was the large basement parking — super convenient and rare to find in this area. The hotel is also very close to the high-speed train station, which made traveling in and out of the city effortless. Breezy friendly check in. Tastefully decorated. Highly recommended, especially if you're driving or taking the HSR. Would happily stay here again.

The indoor environment is clean and refreshing, the layout is reasonable and regular, and it will not be depressing to live in. It can be done in place, far away from the outside world, the service personnel behave appropriately, treat people sincerely and friendly, there are many shops downstairs, the daily needs are full, and they can all be satisfied. The whole stay is very comfortable, the cost performance is very good, the room is well maintained, the equipment is in good faith, the use experience is excellent, the sanitation is comprehensive, the air circulation is dry, and the service is meticulous.Very good.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel reception, we knew we’d made the right choice. The brand-new property, adorned with lovely pastel tones, exuded a contemporary and fresh vibe that instantly lifted our spirits. Our room was spotlessly clean and wonderfully comfortable. The efficient layout maximized the space so well that it felt much larger than expected—a clever design that left us truly impressed. Despite the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city, the room was blissfully quiet. One thoughtful feature we especially appreciated was the self-service laundry facility. The machines were top-notch, making it incredibly easy to freshen up our clothes mid-trip. The hotel location is what truly sets this hotel apart. Situated right on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, we were steps away from all the action, with iconic attractions like Mukden Palace and Zhang Mansion just a short walk away. Evenings were a highlight for us—taking the escalator down from the hotel and immediately stepping into the vibrant street atmosphere was such a treat. This hotel offers incredible value for money, seamlessly combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location. It’s a gem we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—we couldn’t have asked for more!

ECheng Hotel near Shenyang North (Shenyangbei) Railway station has great amenities, convenient location being literally steps away from Shenyang North Railway station from which my party arrived, not to mention truly friendly staff as well as a fabulous breakfast that impressed us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone who go to Shenyang to experience this fine hotel, its wonderful hospitality and nearby conveniences. Wonderful three night stay, really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, lots of selection and quality very good. Room was especially nice, very roomy and modern and feng shui in room very good, shower in room was spectacular, gym well-equipped with latest generation machines. Huge shopping connected to hotel building with many floors, including a food court and also medium to high end restaurants and also a supermarket so very convenient location. Sylvia and Ivy at the front desk were very warm and pleasant during check-out, would stay here again if ever back in Shenyang.

My stay at Swissôtel Shenyang was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and located in a perfect area with convenient access to transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious options. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, particularly Weixin and Ding, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, patient, and eager to help with any request, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. A very special thank you also goes to Eric, the Concierge Manager, whose thoughtful and professional service exceeded all expectations. He patiently assisted me during check-in, explained all of the hotel’s facilities, and took the time to learn about my travel plans. When he found out I wanted to explore Shenyang, he recommended authentic local restaurants and attractions and even provided personalized travel suggestions. Eric was always available whenever I had questions. He helped with my luggage, arranged transportation, recommended the best routes, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. His attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made me feel completely at home. The dedication and professionalism of Weixin, Ding, Eric, and the entire hotel team truly reflect the high standards of Swissôtel. Their exceptional hospitality made this one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stay at Swissôtel Shenyang again on my next visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shenyang. I booked the hotel off season and it was a really good money for value ratio. The staff was friendly and helpful when approached with requests etc. It is quite convenient that there is a coffeeshop located in the lobby with wifi, power sockets etc, ideal for a chill work break in between traveling.

Saw their ads on *******. Personally I'm a tourist. For the price it's slightly pricey. However my room is equipped with an outdoor bath. Which is really cool. Got 2 tickets for the hot spring. Which was cool as well, a lot of the things you saw online are close, like the outdoor pool. Which is a little sad. However some onsen and indoor pools are still available. Things inside are pricey. From food to drinks however this is a resort. So it's fine. Huge place with nice amenities. Breakfast is my favourite part of the stay.

The location was excellent, being right beside the Financial Centre metro station and in walking distance to the ShenYang North railway station. It is also easy to walk to the one of the biggest morning markets if you just follow the GaoDe Map. I also walked to the nearest museum as the roads are easy to walk. Highly recommend this place for the location and the affordable room rate. There are a lot of restaurants, mini-marts, fruit shops right below the house. There’s also a mall within walking distance. There’s even a small gym nearby if you really can’t do without gym. There are 3 halal restaurants within 5min walk distance from the apartment. The room I got was spacious and well designed in my opinion. The pillars are made into a full body mirror which came as a surprise to me. The room got all that I needed for my week-long stay. The Internet wasn’t stable enough for video calls. Bring some ear plugs cos the quality of the walls are really thin. Service from the owner was professional and really prompt. This is critical in this line of business. This owner’s apartments appear to be much more in demand. (I gave up on another apartment by another owner and came here instead. The other owner in another block was a complete disappointment. That’s why I was happy to have found such a professional owner.) Overall, can’t ask for more with this apartment at this rate. Definitely beyond my expectation. 👍

Room clean. Best plushies on mattress top. Feels luxurious sleeping in the bed. Standard bottled water, towel, coffee tea sachets. Clean room but we cannot control room temperature. However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.
