Hotel Suzhou dengan Sarapan

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and amenities are really good. The service staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is actually very good for tourist because it is very convenient to assess a lot of food and photo taking sceneries. The thing is, it is not exactly easy to find the taxi will only send you to a place nearby and then you would have to figure out how to go to the hotel. There are some rooms on the second level so it might be a bit tiring to climb up the stairs but we were fortunate to get rooms on the ground floor with a courtyard view. Do look out for mosquitoes but there are mosquito repellent provided. Breakfast is also provided, we had noodles and some condiments. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. The service was excellent! The customer service was extremely responsive and friendly on WeChat, and the front desk helped us collect our many Taobao parcels. They even gave this soft toy as a present when they lost (and subsequently found) one of our parcels. The room is clean, spacious, and modern. The hotel location is also great, it is in a quiet area in Suzhou with many restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. Our room came with a large yard, though it was mosquito season when we were there. Highly recommend!

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was the outstanding service from the front desk team. From the moment we arrived until check-out, they were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They kindly helped arrange a better room for us, which made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. Plus, they provided children's slippers and toothbrushes at check-in, showing great hospitality towards kids. The hotel is new and very clean. The location is absolutely excellent, near the Pinjiang Road area, one of the most beautiful and famous ancient streets in Suzhou. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely book here again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Wenlv Gusu Yard Donghuali. It’s more of a charming 民宿 than a traditional hotel, and that’s exactly what makes the experience so special. The service was exceptional. We had very heavy luggages, and the staff immediately offered to help us carry them up the stairs to our rooms. If you order food delivery, the staff will also kindly bring it straight to your room, and they were consistently helpful with any of our requests. They also prepare a healthy and delicious breakfast every morning, which was a lovely way to start the day. The location can be a little inconvenient at first as the 民宿 is tucked deep inside a quiet lane, but once you get oriented, you’ll find that it is actually very close to many popular attractions. We appreciated the balance - peaceful surroundings while still being within walking distance of key sights. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with beautiful views of the courtyard. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

I had the best experience possible. The owner is a perfect host, we had a great time talking to her and sharing experiences. The structure is so well designed and decorated, it felt like a magic ancient world! Don’t miss the chance to enhance you trip to Zhouzhuang, book it now!!

The location is excellent, right inside Pingjiang Road, which makes getting around and sightseeing very convenient. The warm and thoughtful service from the staff left a strong impression. The hotel’s amenities and electronic appliances were carefully selected and of high quality, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it is a beautifully curated and private boutique hotel in a great location. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this level of quality and service in the future.

Now, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here. Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around. In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room. When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture? Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc. Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us. These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

the best hotel in my entire Suzhou trip ! Love their bedsheets quality and their tooth brush are of good quality too. Love the decor and their passageway！ u will feel like u are in Japan ! I love the little details like the switches . And fantastic location to the railway stations , 10 mins only ! Definitely recommended for all types of stay and there is laundry cleaning and yes yes yes , the hotel is very NEW and CLEAN

We stayed 1 night in this lovely hotel on a Sunday night. We managed to check in early at 1 pm and was upgraded from the 30 sqm king room we booked to a larger 41 sqm room. The room is new and used lovely bath amenities, an Australian hotel brand. Our stay came with a set dinner for 2 persons and the food was delicious. The pricing in the hotel restaurant is similar or cheaper than any other regular Chinese restaurant outside. We paid the next day at lunch time to eat Chinese food at the hotel again as the restaurant environment is nice and service is good. They have a very well equipped gym which unfortunately we did not have time to use during our 24 hour stay. Our room rate included breakfast and the selection was generous, the only negative would be the coffee beans they used are too acidic but that’s a personal preference. The location of the hotel is slightly to 1 side of the Suzhou old city but some sights like 网师园 are walking distance. Suzhou city is actually quite spread out, no one location is best for sightseeing. The great thing is didi only cost less than RMB10 per ride from this hotel so it is still very convenient. I would not bother with the Suzhou subway, it is not as convenient as the one in Shanghai. Oh yes, the cable TV have english programming which is nice for a hotel in China. I believe this Artyzen Habitat brand is managed by the Macau Shun Tak group. Will stay here again for good value and service. 这个酒店非常好，值得回来再住。五星级的设施，四星级的价钱。

Ini kali pertama saya beri ulasan yang tak berapa elok sepanjang saya guna Ctrip. Kakak di kaunter daftar masuk masa check-in tu, ada satu perasaan tak best, macam ***a penjawat awam😒. Bilik keluarga cuma ada katil sofa🛏️ tambahan, agak keras dan tak selesa. Tab mandi🛁 pula, tak ada air panas untuk anak-anak mandi. Terpaksa masak air guna cerek dan campur dalam tab mandi sambil mereka mandi. Saya check-in hari Khamis petang dengan tiga anak perempuan. Berus gigi yang diberi tak cukup malam pertama. Dah lewat malam, tak nak ganggu staff rehat, jadi kami guna saja apa yang ada. Esoknya, bila saya minta berus gigi dari staff perempuan, dia tanya soalan yang pelik: 'Semalam tak gosok gigi ke?!' Maksudnya, 'Mana berus gigi semalam?!'. Saya cuma senyum. Berus gigi sekali pakai, anak saya yang kecil dah guna dan buang. Dia mana tahu nak jimat simpan untuk guna lagi. Sarapan pagi pula ala-ala bento 'sembilan petak' tu, bolehlah, boleh diterima. Tapi, kakak yang uruskan sarapan pagi tu, layanannya memang bagus. Air-cond pun sejuk! Entahlah.
