Hotel Xiangyang dengan Sarapan

這次入住體驗直接拉滿！前台小姐姐小何不僅辦理入住速度快，還特別貼心地問我們要不要高樓層的房間。進房驚喜發現，酒店居然贈送了歡迎的新鮮水果，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟親膚，晚上安靜得一點雜音都沒有。退房時更是迅速，一分鐘不到就辦完，工作人員還笑着説歡迎下次再來，這服務真的沒話説，下次來這兒肯定還選這家！

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

酒店在一個小院內，獨門獨户，對於自駕來的遊客很方便。最值得點讚的是工作人員的服務態度，無論前台或是客房人員都很客氣很有禮貌，還有贈送手沖咖啡。房間也還行，中規中矩。提個意見，衞生間的馬桶能否設定成不要坐下沖水，這樣沖上來的水對女性的健康不好。總體來説性價比還是挺高的，這次的襄陽之行很愉快！

Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

入住幾次這家酒店啦，每次來這座城市，都會優先選擇這裏，長期住下來，感受遠比初次入住更加真切踏實，是讓人住得安心的長期落腳點。地理位置一直很合我心意，交通便利，周邊餐飲、商超齊全#設施完善，日常吃飯採購都很方便#交通便利，大堂環境始終保持得乾淨整潔，沒有雜亂感，公共區域定期維護，整體氛圍安靜舒適。床品定期更換，柔軟乾爽，床墊軟硬適中，長期休息也不會覺得疲憊，對於經常出差、需要好好休息的人來説特別友好。服務方面更是讓人暖心，前台工作人員熟悉常客，辦理入住退房效率很高，待人温和有耐心。有任何小需求，這麼多次入住，服務態度始終如一，沒有敷衍懈怠。

This is a very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff who were willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The lobby and room were spacious and impressive with marble flooring. Breakfasts provided plentiful and decent Chinese and western food choices. A great hotel for families.

華美達酒店，老字號品牌，和其它城市一樣的水準，環境安靜，舒心衞生，服務暖心。因為到酒店比較晚了，酒店免費提供了南瓜粥配雞蛋和小菜，蛋黃個頭小而黃，應該是草雞蛋，小菜味道很好，細節到位，確實做到了賓至如歸，上大分！另外還送了茶葉伴手禮，正如禮袋上説的滿載而歸！就是電視機有點小，不能投屏，設施上唯一有點短板的地方，總體體驗非常滿意👍👍

帶娃入住體驗超棒！酒店對親子家庭很友好，提前預留了安靜樓層，還提供了小童洗漱用品和床圍，細節滿分。房間空間寬敞，孩子活動自如，衞生做得很到位，不用擔心衞生問題。周邊有親子遊玩景點，工作人員還推薦了適合孩子的餐廳和路線，非常貼心。早餐有小童專屬餐食，營養均衡，整體體驗感極佳，親子出行強烈推薦！

Great hostel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Recommended!

The room was clean and the location is convenient, across the street from a shopping mall. The service is very good and friendly but the staff did not provide us with a lot of information on amenities at the hotel. We only found out about them later in the bedroom display. It would be better to have them also at the front desk.
