全家出行選對酒店太重要了！這家酒店真的沒讓我們失望。前台小何服務超讚，看我們帶了小孩，不僅給我們選擇合適的房型，還給我們多送了水。房間空間超大，衞生做得無可挑剔，床品柔軟親膚。房間設施齊全。退房的時候完全不用排隊，工作人員效率超高，態度還特別客氣，臨走還叮囑我們路上小心。這樣的服務和體驗，必須五星好評，下次還來這兒

Overall this very good hotel with nice facilities. However I experience two incidents which downgraded service rank. On the first day in the restaurant person was smoking close to our table - should be separate area for smokers and nonsmokers, no reaction from personel. On the 2nd day when taking short clip of the cook preparing the meal, I was approached by the personel and asked not to record the staff, in other hotels staff is definitely more welcome to guests recording or taking photos. Not here.

這次入住真的超出預期！前台辦理很快，還主動幫忙寄存行李、推薦附近好吃的。房間乾淨沒異味，床品軟硬剛好，隔音也不錯，一覺睡到自然醒。浴室乾濕分離，熱水秒出，洗完一身累全消。位置也方便，步行幾分鐘到地鐵，周邊吃飯買東西都順手。同等價位裏屬於閉眼沖的水平，下次來還住這。

Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

房間乾淨整潔，很有設計感。空間面積大，空調製冷足，床墊和被子都非常舒適，超大電視觀影體驗好。酒店是一個獨棟，停車非常方便，整體環境清幽舒適。外賣可以送到門口，早餐的襄陽牛肉麪也很有特色。還設定小童遊樂區、書吧，節假日也沒有額外漲價，很好的入住體驗，性價比很高。

房間太滿意了!設施、衞生、服務，樣樣好!讚了!大堂好氣派，前台工作人員既專業又待人熱情，主動幫忙推行李車送行李到房間，還貼心地給了旅遊手繪圖。我們訂了套房，2米特大床，有大浴缸，舒適度極高。剛到房間，工作人員就送來了十幾瓶飲用水，還有十幾瓶洗髮水沐浴露洗衣液等，還有6雙拖鞋、水果和牙刷等，這大手筆!贊一個!酒店位置極好，周圍餐飲方便，到古城和古隆中也都很方便。早餐品種豐富，應有盡有，口味也好，特別要點讚的是襄陽黃酒，清甜可口，比外面飯店裡的好喝多了!81歲的老媽也喝了一碗，讚不絕口! 總之，全家都十分滿意，以後到襄陽還會住在這裏。

華美達酒店，老字號品牌，和其它城市一樣的水準，環境安靜，舒心衞生，服務暖心。因為到酒店比較晚了，酒店免費提供了南瓜粥配雞蛋和小菜，蛋黃個頭小而黃，應該是草雞蛋，小菜味道很好，細節到位，確實做到了賓至如歸，上大分！另外還送了茶葉伴手禮，正如禮袋上説的滿載而歸！就是電視機有點小，不能投屏，設施上唯一有點短板的地方，總體體驗非常滿意👍👍

帶娃入住體驗超棒！酒店對親子家庭很友好，提前預留了安靜樓層，還提供了小童洗漱用品和床圍，細節滿分。房間空間寬敞，孩子活動自如，衞生做得很到位，不用擔心衞生問題。周邊有親子遊玩景點，工作人員還推薦了適合孩子的餐廳和路線，非常貼心。早餐有小童專屬餐食，營養均衡，整體體驗感極佳，親子出行強烈推薦！

오래된 건물 이지만 청소가 깨끗하고 기차역에서 바로 보인다. 2층 넓은 식당에서 제공하는 저렴한 음식은 조리 방법이 깔끔해서 외국인이 싫어하는 중국음식 특유의 냄새가 안나고, 영양가 있는 메뉴를 갖추었다. 카운터에서 일하는 직원들은 교육이 잘되있어 친절하고 노련하게 직무에 충실함을 보여준다. 특히, 여행 중 길에서 잃어버린 소중한 휴대폰을 끝까지 추적래서 찾아주는 실력에 최고의 박수를를 보낸다! 너무나 고맙고 감사해서 그분들께 절까지 했다^^ 호텔을 도와 외국인 여행자에게 보여준 중국 공안당국의 노고에도 감사한다. 멋지다! 모든 것이 감동이다! 한국 정부는 위기에 처한 자국 국민을 도와준 이들에게 한국관광을 선물하고, 감사장을 주어야 한다!
