PPengguna TetamuComfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

PPengguna Tetamu在這裏住了三晚，這是一家在用心經營的民宿，首先地理位置是萬峯林景區的中心點，離大榕樹小吃步行街2-3分鐘步行距離，非常方便，老闆和老闆娘很熱情，笑容特別燦爛，他們的笑容就像萬峯林景區的風景一樣美好，讓我們一家人感覺很温暖，熱心的幫我們拿行李，我是一個非常注重細節的人，看到房間里老板的用心之處（如圖）比如牙杯是一次性透明杯，而不是循環再用的玻璃杯，洗漱台下有消毒清洗的毛巾浴巾，還又給準備了一次性的浴巾非常貼心，房間還配備了冰箱，讓我們在上一站攀枝花買的水果有了安身之所，燒水壺是美的大品牌的，礦泉水是農夫山泉而不是普通不知名品牌，喝起來很放心，全屋智能的小愛同學，讓我們疲憊的遊玩一天後解放了雙手，還有就是房間內現代式的裝修風格設計，讓入住感受非常舒適！打開窗簾映入眼簾的就是一幅油畫般的美景，總之非常推薦大家來入住，沐雲棲

Location is within the scenic area with the shuttle bus stop just outside. Yes, the hotel is on a little hill but i don’t understand people complaining about it, it’s not inconvenient at all and allows to be a bit away from the road so it is actually better.
Rooms are very spacious, modern, clean and with a beautiful view.
The hosts were absolutely amazing: warm welcome, amazing hospitality and assistance. They upgraded me on arrival and i received a plate of fresh fruits. They also helped me book a bicycle and assisted with everything i wanted to see. They even texted to check i got back to the hotel ok one night. Very sweet ladies.

What impressed us most was the butler service. The host was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, always anticipating our needs with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The service felt personal yet refined, making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

RReiko NoguchiThere were many shops and restaurants around the hotel. After 7 pm, a night market was also open next to the hotel.
The hotel upgraded us to a bigger room and gave us free daily breakfast and snacks.
The room was very comfortable and the view from 26th floor was amazing.

PPengguna Tetamu房間位置很方便，離出入口、美食街和非遺街都很近，房間智能化程度高，管家服務迴應快很方便。峯林布依的夜景太美了，夜裡走在古街上，彷彿走進歷史，走進故事中。如果帶孩子，非常值得停留一晚，享受美景，又不折騰。早餐口味還可以，咖啡店早餐不提供咖啡有點失望，另外希望可以增加現做的湯米粉米線，麩質過敏又不能吃辣的小朋友衹能啃點粗糧了。

SSlobanBeautiful location ! We took the deluxe family room, which is spacious and well equipped, with a large balcony with an unobstructed view of the karst mountains and sunset. The property includes a beautiful outdoor garden space with sitting room and flowers. There is a self service washing machine and lots of space to hang dry clothing. There is also a small snack/coffee shop that is also operated by the hotel, and offers excellent food and drink choices (both tasty and reasonably priced). Reservation also includes breakfast, which is hand made on demand and delicious. In addition, the service is absolutely impeccable, they brought us room service during a power outage due to a large storm. Both the manager and his wife speak fluent English, which makes it a great find for international travelers as English speakers are a rare find in Guizhou province. Overall the service went above and beyond. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through here.

PPengguna TetamuWe visited Muyun on our way to Guiyang. The resort is a pleasant surprise. Driving from the airport through the local neighborhoods, you do not foresee this setup! Excellent - you get the vibe from the moment you step outside the lobby. The facilities are well designed and are made with every detail taken into consideration.
Room facilities and amenities are very high end.
Value for price is excellent.
Venues and garden landscape is impressive.
We tried the spa which is equipped with branded oil essentials - 5/5
Breakfast was also well appointed and the venues for both Chinese and western restaurants very comfortable. 5/5
Tea room was also beautiful and we spent one afternoon there -
We were lucky to avoid the holiday peak days and enjoyed excellent service by the resort’s staff.

PPengguna TetamuThis hostel is super comfortable and well located inside wangfenglin park. The location on trip is a bit off and it's super central. Motorbikes can be rented nearby. The employees are extremely nice and we had a lot of fun with them! They invited us to see the sunrise and eat hotpot.

From the moment we arrived, the location completely stole our hearts — nestled perfectly to offer breathtaking views of the mountains right from our room window. Waking up to that stunning scenery every morning was a dream come true.
But what truly set this experience apart was Rose’s incredible care and attention. When we unexpectedly got sick during our stay, Rose went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and genuine concern. She made sure we had everything we needed, from medical advice to thoughtful comfort measures, making us feel safe and supported far beyond what we expected.
