We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Jay, Chen Gaojun, and 乔卫岭, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jay was consistently attentive and made sure every request was handled promptly. Chen Gaojun brought a level of care and friendliness that made interactions feel personal and sincere. 乔卫岭 was equally outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but it’s truly the people who make it stand out. Their dedication to service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but genuine hospitality. I will definitely be returning!

This was just perfect! Through my rewards program we received a very nice upgrade to a courtyard room with bathtub, which we used. The hotel’s location is perfectly situated between Dongguan street and Pishi street (the latter is the nicer one, Dongguan st is just very touristy), so both are well reachable on foot. The hotel is new and comfortable, in a beautiful historic setting, garden included. The floor heating creates a comfortable environment in the room, and the staff go out of their way to help you with whatever you may need. We enjoyed our little foto shoot with Xiaohe from Xiaowan Lüpai too, shot on the premises. One remark for international visitors: the sockets in the rooms are 2 and 3 pin flat sockets, not the universal round ones you usually see in China hotels. You might need an adapter to charge your devices. However our room also had direct USB A and C plugs in the wall, so this was not really an issue. We were very impressed with Yangzhou, there’s plenty of things to see, like Shouxihu, Ge Garden, Daming Temple etc, and then there’s the local Huaiyang cuisine of course. You can easily spend 3 days here, it’s lovely.

Top notch service! We had a toddler and didn’t have knife to cut fruits and the staff offered to help. We also used their laundry service everyday and the staff helped us to folder the clothes when finished drying. Saved us a lot of time. Want to thank all the staff at the reception and the lobby. I only managed to get some of their names, 小周 and 小姜, but the rest of them were also very helpful!

The lobby is well heated. A coffee machine is found in the lobby. This is the only hotel that provides one in the lobby of the seven hotels that we stayed in. The coffee machine offers only espresso and americano. On arrival, we opted to push our luggage on the ram so as to avoid lifting them while walking up the steps. But the entrance of the ram was blocked by e-scooters etc. We complaint to the front office staff and the problem was later rectified. We were handed tooth brush by the front office staff upon check-in. Only 1 key card was given. Most hotels give 2. There are storage compartments for luggage available. But you have to do it yourself via some apps. Guests should not have to do this themselves. Service ranges from average to poor. Universal socket is not provided in the room. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Refrigerator is cold. There’s both air-conditioning and heating. Therefore, guests have a choice. Auto-door closer is not installed for the room door. So we had to make sure that our door is locked when we leave the room. Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. Toothbrush, shower cap, comb, hand towel etc was not replenished in the following day. Consequently, we wrote a list of the items and things that we needed done and place it on the bed for the room attendant to carry out. We normally switch off all the lights in the room when we sleep. We only have the shower cubicle and toilet lights on. This can’t be done. We have to choose between all lights off or some lights on in the room as well. Consequently, we didn’t sleep well for five nights. Range and quality of food is poor. Quantity is small. Milk and yogurt are dispensed from machines. Restaurant is heated. Knife is not offered. I wanted one to spread the butter on the toast. However, forks are provided! I had to switch on the toaster myself. I didn’t know how and a staff showed me. Then the staff asked me to switch it off after use. This is my first encounter with such a ridiculous breakfast situation! It is not my responsibility to switch off the toaster after use! Service is poor. There are moments when the entire restaurant is void of service staff. They are either in the kitchen or dish-washing area. There’s only one coffee machine and when it runs out of milk etc, one has to wait for a few minutes. This is below our expectations. Brown sugar is not offered. Butter was placed, in the same basket, with the jam. There were so few that I missed it. It’s strange for breakfast table to have partitions especially after covid.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazing Hot Spring Stay – Relaxing & Clean! I had a wonderful stay at Gao Shi Di Hot Spring Hotel during my recent visit to Yangzhou. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way — especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. ✅ Room: Spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The private hot spring tub on the balcony was a highlight — perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Smart lighting and plenty of amenities made the stay extra comfortable. ✅ Staff: Very helpful and friendly. Front desk team was professional and even helped with luggage and taxi booking. They also provided complimentary probiotic drinks and a disposable spa kit, which was a nice touch. ✅ Food: Breakfast buffet was included and surprisingly good. A mix of Chinese and light Western options, fresh and well-prepared. ✅ Location: Peaceful area near Yangzhou University Town. Taxis and DiDi rides are easy to get, and it's not far from the main attractions like Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street. ✅ Facilities: EV charging, good Wi-Fi, fitness room, and clean lobby spaces. Everything felt new and well maintained. Only suggestion: the balcony hot spring can feel a little cold in winter wind — maybe some screens or covers would help. But overall it was a luxurious experience. Would definitely return and recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel with private hot spring access and great service.

Hotel is easy to reach and very nice. The staff is friendly, helpful. Hotel clean and big enough~ we have a small sofa there! Staff Mr, Huang(小黄） is kindly to help, and also other pretty lady staff! Keep giving us opinion and try their best to solve our issues as well! Very happy to have so comfortable stay here, hotel location really nice easy to go those famous place! Will come again!

地理環境超好，就在綵衣街口，對面就是東關街，前台幾位小姐姐都非常熱情，業務水平挺高的，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，值得表揚。 缺點是房間的隔音很差勁，住四天，換了五個房間： 508（窗户旁是煙囱，陣陣轟鳴聲）換 520（房型小，不是我訂的房型）換 419（窗户關不嚴，正對着綵衣街口和國慶路，天沒亮被吵醒）換 432（跟419同方向，衹是相隔幾個房間而已，怕還是被噪音騷擾）換 439（窗户對着幾部空調外機，轟鳴聲比508煙囱還厲害，唯有再回432） 432住了三天，服務員不厭其煩的為我調房，在這裏表示感謝，酒店的裝修和硬件，完全沒有智能的，根本配不上這價錢，就這樣吧。

We stayed here for one night at the start of our Yangzhou trip to enjoy the hot springs, and overall it was a mixed but pleasant experience. The room was large and spacious, which we appreciated, but it didn’t feel especially comfortable or cosy compared to other hotels we stayed at later in the trip. The layout felt more functional than relaxing. One important thing to note is the private hot spring attached to the room. While it sounds great in theory, in our case it was located close to a road and not very private, with limited screening. The shower area was also visible from outside, which made it feel a bit awkward to use and reduced the sense of privacy we were expecting. That said, the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made a positive difference to the stay. The location is very nice, especially if you enjoy walking. The hotel is close to Slender West Lake, with its beautiful old bridges, pathways, and water crossings — very pleasant for a slow walk. We also enjoyed having tea by the lake, although it was a long walk from the hotel. Breakfast offered a good variety, but most items didn’t feel very fresh. The coffee, unfortunately, was among the worst we’ve had — definitely not one for coffee lovers (said with a smile 😄). Overall, this is a good option if your priority is hot springs, walking access to the park, and attentive service, but it may not suit travellers who value privacy, comfort, or a more refined in-room hot spring experience.

這次定的鳳凰島逸揚温泉酒店是從抵達那刻起，就被隱於濕地深處的寧靜打動——白牆黛瓦、竹林曲徑，睡前泡一泡房間裏的私湯，氤氲水汽中卸下所有疲憊。但真正讓這次體驗變得難忘的，是這裏的人。特別想感謝前台和客房服務的每一位員工，你們總是帶着真誠笑意，每件小事都回應得及時又妥帖。而餐飲也很讓我們驚喜。這裏的淮揚菜精緻卻不浮誇，非常感謝餐廳的工作人員和廚師團隊，第一天晚上同伴説想吃生菜，第二天餐廳就有特意為我們準備生菜，非常感動!餐廳服務員也熱情周到，此外，特別感謝笑玩旅拍的大李老師，抓拍技術一流，成片很有質感。化粧師玲玲和小蓮手法温柔，粧造精緻又自然。體驗滿分，強烈推薦！這些細節，讓一家酒店有了家的温度。下次再來揚州，這裏一定還是我們的第一選擇。謝謝你們，讓平凡週末變成了閃閃發光的回憶。

:過了揚州的旅遊旺季，感覺人確實少了很多，從高鐵站下車就有感覺，景區也很舒適。住酒店人也明顯少了很多，很舒服，不擁擠。酒店服務是老牌五星，還是很專業的，不管是前台接待，還是餐廳服務員。早餐品種還是很多的，揚州的特色早餐，麪條、包子都有。房間面積很大，住起來很舒適，酒店機器人是小朋友最喜歡[強]
