Staff at the desk were pleasant, cleaners were very helpful and the room was clean. The bed was very large and comfortable and the room was quiet. There was a free breakfast included which was quite varied and tasty. The location is good for access to the park and nearby outlets.

Overall, the hotel was decent and met basic expectations. The location is convenient, as it is close to District 1, making it easy to get around. However, during the winter season, the air conditioning system operates through central ventilation, so only heating is available. The bedroom windows cannot be opened, which made the room feel stuffy, and I had to request a fan for better airflow. In addition, some amenities were not provided in the room and had to be requested from the staff. As for breakfast, there was a reasonable variety of options, and the taste was acceptable.

The hotel is within walking distance of Yiwu International Trade Centre (district one). If you do not plan to visit district one, you'd better find another hotel, because the walking distance is pretty far from one district to another. We had early check-in (around 12 pm), and the checkout time is 2 pm. The room was decent, with a small bathroom. There was a hook that fell off, maybe it wasn't sticking to the wall properly. The hotel has a footbath (you can ask the receptionist how to use it). I hope that they will put instructions on how to use the footbath. My mom said her hair becomes itchy, after washing her hair with the hotel’s shampoo. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for clothes, as well as for shoes. The breakfast was not bad, but I feel like the plates and utensils are not clean (still greasy).

I was traveling with my young child, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping and management—went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome. Every single time we came downstairs, the staff would play with my kid and shower them with so much love, affection, and gifts like candies, chocolates, fruits, and toys (which we are happily carrying back with us to India!). A few special shout-outs to the incredible team members who made our stay unforgettable: Wendy & Quinn: They provided out-of-the-box support when we completely ran out of diapers late in the evening. Finding none nearby, they personally took it upon themselves to arrange and get them for us. That is true dedication to guest comfort. Sherry: Because the hotel is conveniently located near the busy market, Sherry thoughtfully upgraded our room to a much quieter area so my baby could sleep peacefully without any noise disruption. Hanling & Juan Juan: They helped us figure out multiple things during our stay and handled everything with grace. They took such amazing care of my child, playing with them every time we passed through the lobby. Ping Ping & the Housekeeping Team: Ping Ping and another wonderful lady in housekeeping (whose name I unfortunately missed) provided flawless, top-tier service every day. The location is absolutely perfect if you are visiting the market, but it is the genuine warmth and pro-level hospitality of the staff that makes this place a gem. I will absolutely, without a doubt, stay only at this property every single time I visit Yiwu. Thank you, Borrman Hotel team, for taking such incredible care of my family!

The J-Tour Hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful, the service was amazing, and the overall experience was excellent. The restaurant was incredible, and the food was great as well. What truly made this hotel unbeatable was the convenience of the location — only a five-minute walk to the EU Market and directly across the street from the subway. It made getting around incredibly easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Xizi Libai International Hotel for 3 nights on my first visit, and overall it was a positive experience. The location is excellent, situated between Futian 2 and Futian 3, which makes it very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly. Although they don’t speak English, they genuinely try their best to communicate in any way possible, which I really appreciated. Access to the upper floors is smooth and efficient. The room was very spacious with a great view. Cleanliness was acceptable, though it could be improved. I stayed in room 1103, and one of the marble tiles in the shower floor was broken, which was a bit uncomfortable. There is a fridge in the room, which is a big plus. Also, the hotel offers a good number of washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. Check-out was easy and quick. However, during peak hours (5–7 PM), it was difficult to get a DiDi ride. I would recommend this hotel to others. There are also some halal restaurants nearby, which is a great advantage.

This hotel stands a short walk from Yiwu International Trade City, ideal for business trips. Rooms are spotlessly clean with soft beds. Staff are warm and efficient at check-in.
