I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally warm and inviting, with an attractive design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with any needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and of excellent quality. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in both service and comfort, making it a place I would highly recommend

5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

衞生和環境都一樣都很好，一個好另一個也會很好 設施對我來説很不錯。服務非常好（感謝小林的極致服務） 夏天來度假的時候住過。現在冬天來滑雪就放心的選擇了太舞酒店。感覺太舞現在已經成了我一個隨時隨地拿得出手的寶藏店鋪！雖然住過很多次，但是每一次都會被太舞酒店的服務所震撼的。明明已經來過很多次經歷過了，但是太舞那種細緻的服務。並且他是在不影響你的思想前提和原計劃打算下真正的為你小小的計劃著想的。真正的為客人着想！That’s great !!!

整體超出預期，又多住了幾天。 優點： 1. 服務超預期，當時就想這是要對標clubmed嗎？！ 所有的工作人員包括前台、歺廳服務人員、KTV工作人員、房間打掃服務人員，衹要是見到的，熱情、主動問侯、主動詢問是否要幫助，能一直感受到他們的温暖。這裏衹記下了幾位名字：馬孟、楊小冉、劉陽，還有許多沒記下名字的工作人員，比如前台戴眼鏡的女性負責人，五樓的房間打掃服務人員等。 2．歺飲。這邊的餐飲還是比較豐富，有粵菜、湖南菜、西餐簡歺，每一個餐廳的水平均在平均線以上，價格高於小鎮，但可以接受。 3．滑雪。酒店有單獨的雪場連接點，往左就是22號纜車可以直接上高級道，人不算多；往右到1號摩毯，適合初級者，還是挺方便的。雪場有單獨的雪具租賃中心和聘請教練的地方，價格和雪場基本一致，但是環境很好，換衣服什麼的特別方便，還有星巴克，教練員的服務意識也非常強，這就是酒店管理的到位之處吧。 4．高鐵的酒店接駁處很温暖 缺點 酒店房間的用材不符合五星級酒店的標準，隔音差，相互影響，比較影響休息，而且窗户玻璃密封不嚴，大冬天的往裡麪灌風很不舒服。 總體評價，整體上個人感覺比萬龍好，尤其是服務，可以彌補酒店硬件上最重要的房間的不足，如果你想個人感受比較好，那這裏還是值得再來的。

這次的滑雪之旅因為入住了A&B Hotel而變得無比完美，必須要來給一個大大的五星好評！ 酒店的位置絕佳，就在滑雪場9索旁邊，出門就能踏上雪道，簡直是滑雪愛好者的福音。房間寬敞明亮，温暖舒適，透過窗户就能看到美麗的雪景，設施齊全且高端，床品柔軟乾淨，讓疲憊的身體能得到充分的休息。 酒店的餐飲也令人驚艷，早餐自助餐豐富多樣，各種美食滿足不同的口味需求。晚餐更是精緻可口，食材新鮮，烹飪手法精湛，為滑雪後的我們補充了充足的能量。 曉悦的熱情和專業也給我跟兒子留下了深刻的印象。從辦理入住時的貼心問候，到幫忙解決房間水温問題，再到幫忙跟餐廳借餐具，每一個細節都讓我們感受到了家一般的温暖。 在這裏，既能盡情享受滑雪的刺激，又能體驗到高品質的酒店服務。強烈推薦給每一位熱愛滑雪的朋友，相信你們也會和我一樣愛上這裏！

酒店位置不錯，周圍配套齊全，酒店衞生也可以，設施比較新，這個天氣也不需要空調，比較涼爽，其他家電齊全，有廚房餐具，總體感覺還可以。就是住店客人（成人、孩子）在走廊説話連喊再叫，有點打擾其他客人，好處就是根本不用上鬧錶，希望住店客人自覺降低音量，避免打擾別人，愉快出行

作為資深的酒店從業人員，還是有被感動到！前台姑娘們的服務非常好，熱情周到，每個人的着裝和粧容都非常漂亮養眼！禮賓小夥子服務專業且主動，指揮停車還幫忙開車門！客房RA 居然還幫我們把襪子洗了，真沒想到，感動啊！酒店外形看似平平無奇，實則內有乾坤！真不錯啊，國內的精品酒店品牌，對比之下我們北京的星級酒店都相形見絀！房間雖然規格不高，但一塵不染，且定價合理！大堂雖小但是温馨！總之，服務給我的震撼太大了，一定學習學習，下次回家鄉還選擇這裏！希望貴酒店堅持下去，贊！

第三次入住了，原來沒有寫過點評，這家酒店是真的好，特別適合親子，家庭房簡直太棒了，孩子特別喜歡，酒店大堂有桌球，有休息區，還有自助小超市，正好有個減肥夏令營，孩子們在酒店大堂看奧運會，個個都可愛！

We stayed with a family of four at a Tatami Suite. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There were lots of snacks and fresh fruit at our arrival. The staff were welcoming and accommodating at any of our requests. There are lots of restaurants and facilities in the area such as hot springs and ski resorts. Hope to be back here again. 10/10

Basic room but worth the price. The reception is friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided in the cafeteria is Chinese style and tastes good. The cafeteria serves lunch and dinner at a cheap price, important is the food tastes good. Location is convenient if come from Taizicheng railway station. Free shuttle service provided according to high speed train time table. There is bus with RMB2/person from Taizicheng railway station. If out from the high speed train time table. Near to Taiwoo town, about 15 mins walk. There is free shuttle service too. This is not ski in ski out hotel.
