However, the surrounding is in construction. Don't expect to have a great view from the room. On the other hand, the hotel itself is like a museum. Good if you expect a cozy ambience.

The owner of the hotel is also welcoming and helpful. He helped to call didi to the railway station at a much lower price. The room is clean and breakfast is average.

PPengguna Tetamu這家酒店讓我擁有了一次完美的安順旅遊體驗！印象很深刻，寫多一點：
1.酒店位置距離黃果樹瀑布景區（啤酒廣場入口）步行5分鐘距離，五一期間8點左右都無需排隊絲滑入園。回貴陽可以打車到客運站坐車到安順西站再坐高鐵，也可以在客運站直接坐2小時大巴直達貴陽北站。
2.酒店設施處處體現了人性化，check in提供了自助機，房間面積很大，裝修整體風格是低調木質，整潔、安靜。洗漱區是乾濕分離，有兩個洗漱台、以及浴缸。拖鞋、洗漱用品、床品品質都很高，睡得很舒服。
3.酒店有自助早餐，7點半吃上剛好，種類很多，主要為中餐，湯粉面、小炒，粗糧，辣子雞很好吃。
4.酒店服務貼心到位，門衞師傅會熱心的拿行李，前台小姐姐再忙也會耐心回答各種問題。早上可以寄存行李。
5.酒店旁邊就是各種餐廳，消費人均70-80，酸湯火鍋、幹鍋、烙鍋都能吃到，那兩天吃得非常好ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧
來之前一直擔心五一假期會因為人多玩得很辛苦，但是這家酒店的各處都緩釋了。很好很好。

AAnemone、帶娃來黃果樹遊玩，選擇了山月集·牧野童話民宿，體驗遠超預期！這裏簡直是親子游的完美選擇。
孩子們的天堂：小朋友一到店就興奮不已，可以投喂可愛的小動物（羊駝、梅花鹿等），坐白馬車 活動豐富多彩，讓孩子真正融入大自然貼心服務：管家及工作人員態度熱情周到，有求必應。入住時主動提供胡蘿蔔餵動物。環境與住宿：民宿位於黃果樹旅遊風景區石頭寨村，自然環境優美。早上拉開窗簾就是滿眼綠意，空氣清新。房間舒適整潔，雖然在山野中難免有些小蟲子，但整體衞生狀況良好。

JJenny KsThe hotel design and rooms, lighting are all comfortable. Really credit to the brand four points.
However, the staff .....
We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key...
At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ?
Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today.
Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work....
Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

TTannkerBook a room that is garden view. The room is big with one queen and one single bed. It comes with a balcony and overlook a small garden. The hotel is located in the waterfall scenic area hence is quite cooling, aircon was not on at all. Do take note to contact the hotel in advance regarding booking of the park ticket and also the actual driving directions to the hotel as it is located inside the scenic area.

Even going out to get a critical component for me within 10 minutes. Xiao Luo, just want to say thank you to Xiao Tao and the handsome driver Master 吕向 杨 . The breakfast staff and housekeeping must be appreciated too. Wish everyone peace and happiness.

ННадежда МунThis is a wonderful hotel. Good location. Next to the ticket office. From the window you can see the place of boarding on the bus, which follows to the waterfall. At the reception, the wonderful staff, not even understanding English, they were able to solve all the difficulties. The girls called a colleague who helped with the translation. In the future, she always tried to help and answer questions. Provide information about the picturesque place, gave information where the bus stop is located. Delicious breakfast, cleanliness, it was a bit cool but I still recommend this hotel.
