I was blown away by the room - very big, with a very comfortable soft bed, big bath tub, a path with stepping stones to the sink area then smart shower that played wonderful French music in the morning. The view was of greenery. The hotel owners were very helpful and friendly and took me to and from the waterfalls and my shuttle bus and ensured my transport yo and from the hotel ran smoothly. The breakfast was very good. It is a few minutes drive from the falls. There are restaurants in the area for food. There is a main road near by so the hotel provides earplugs but anyway the traffic stops at night so you don't hear it. A wonderful place to stay when visiting the falls.

WWorldexplorer91Superb hotel! I’ve travelled extensively throughout China and across Asia, and the customer service here is genuinely exceptional. The staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.
A special mention goes to the two kind women at the front desk who worked tirelessly to help me secure a last-minute Huangguoshu night tour. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out and made my trip even more memorable. This is the definition of going above and beyond. I also really appreciated the atmosphere in the hotel lobby, and the women dressed in traditional Miao attire added a beautiful cultural touch that made the experience feel even more special.
My room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bedding was excellent, but the pillows deserve their own paragraph. Honestly, the pillows were fantastic. The hotel even has an entire pillow selection display in the lobby where guests can choose the type they prefer. It’s such a thoughtful detail, and something you rarely find, even in most 5-star hotels.
The air conditioning was quiet yet powerful, cooling the room perfectly to my preferred temperature. The bathroom featured a high-end Toto smart toilet, strong water pressure in the shower, and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the rooms were impressively quiet, allowing for an incredibly restful night’s sleep.
The location is excellent as well. Surrounded by plenty of food options and only a couple of minutes by Didi from the Huangguoshu ticketing office.
The value for money here is incredible. Having travelled extensively across Asia, I can confidently say this is one of those rare finds where the quality far exceeds the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

However, the surrounding is in construction. Don't expect to have a great view from the room. On the other hand, the hotel itself is like a museum. Good if you expect a cozy ambience.

SSunnyShaOur family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet.
On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well.
This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here.

The Qixin room we booked was nice and spacious.
However, there is room for improvement in terms of room security and breakfast area cleanliness. Food were scattered around the buffet table and slow replenishment of food.

孩子們的天堂：小朋友一到店就興奮不已，可以投喂可愛的小動物（羊駝、梅花鹿等），坐白馬車 活動豐富多彩，讓孩子真正融入大自然貼心服務：管家及工作人員態度熱情周到，有求必應。入住時主動提供胡蘿蔔餵動物。環境與住宿：民宿位於黃果樹旅遊風景區石頭寨村，自然環境優美。早上拉開窗簾就是滿眼綠意，空氣清新。房間舒適整潔，雖然在山野中難免有些小蟲子，但整體衞生狀況良好。

PPengguna Tetamui went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages.
我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

However, the staff .....
We have reservations for 3 rooms, however, at check in, we were only given room cards for 2 rooms.and upon correction, had to wait for the 3rd room key...
At dinner, the beef soup noodles arrived one hour after we ordered, with almost no soup but a huge bowl of dry noodles, we had to ask for soup to be added... The beer order was missed. The Bolognese pasta tasted very weird that we ordered for kids, hope the meat was fresh. We asked to order a dessert from the menu and was told everything (all desserts, e.g. tiramisu, brownie, cheesecake etc) were sold out. We mentioned all these comments to the manager upon paying, and the manager merely said noted. And after 5 seconds when we were leaving she took out a cheesecake for us... We thought the desserts were sold out.... ?
Thirdly, , we joined membership and asked the hotel reception to book our next stay with Sheraton at Guiyang, however to our horror after we left the hotel, we received an email saying 3 rooms at this huangguishu hotel is booked instead. We have already paid. Now we are still on our trip and had to call the hotel and ask them to cancel the wrong booking. Even though on the phone they said they would, (no apologies by the way), we still receive no confirmation on the cancellation of the wrong booking... So still have to use long distance call to reach this hotel again today.
Forthly, the breakfast room and food choices are excellent. And most staff are hardworking. However, all hot water (the lemon water two hot water flasks) were left empty without top up despite requests. There was a staff funnily enough just hid in one of the breakfast rooms to avoid work....
Love four points design and hardware, but software really awkward experience.

SSoh Kien PengIni merupakan salah satu hotel terbaik yang pernah saya diami di China. Ia baru dibuka tahun lepas dan kemudahan serta fasilitinya sangat moden dan bersih. Harganya agak murah iaitu kurang daripada S$35/- setiap malam dan saya menempahnya melalui Trip.com. Sarapan disediakan. Walaupun ia bukan bufet kontinental, mi, telur, ban, kacang soya, ubi keledek, sayur-sayuran, dan sebagainya sama-sama berkhasiat dan mengenyangkan perut. Terdapat mesin basuh dan pengering berhampiran lobi dan kakitangan kaunter, Yang De Rong sangat membantu dan bertimbang rasa sehingga dia menggantung pakaian untuk kami selepas pengeringan supaya tidak mengganggu tidur kami. Salah seorang kakitangan juga memandu kami ke pintu masuk Air Terjun Huangguoshu walaupun hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki ke tarikan tersebut. Semasa berlepas kami, ketua hotel secara peribadi memandu kami ke stesen bas supaya kami boleh menaiki bas awam ke stesen kereta api berkelajuan tinggi. Perkhidmatannya sangat hebat dan saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada pengunjung Air Terjun Huangguoshu. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi jika saya datang lagi.

EEatPrayTravelWe stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park.
However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem.
One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
