Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel.
Room and bed were comfortable.
The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance.-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip.com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before. We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around. As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead!
The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good.
Breakfast is great.
We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food.
The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari. We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views!
Would love to go back in the high season and see it shine.

AAroundTheWorld356I had premium garden cabana with sea view. There is nothing premium about this cabana there is no garden and sea view is limited. Room are clean and service is good but rooms and hotel needs upgrade and maintenance ie. in my room floor was falling apart. Pool is very nice. Access to beach ONLY via few steps. On the beach you need to pay for sunbed and umbrella if you want to use it otherwise you can lay on the towel/sand. I was at the end of September and age average in this hotel was well above 65-70 so no young couples or families at ALL. Overpriced for the overall quality.

Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast.
It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better.
Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff were so kind, they were smiling every time we ran into them. And every time they asked us how they can help. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and huge. The pools are located in front of the sea so it’s very nice in the sunsets

L' appartement n est pas top mais la petite terrasse était top au calme et sans vis à vis.
Le petit déjeuner est plus que moyen je l' ai donc pris le premier jour 😔
Plus sympa sur les photos.
Appat hôtel pour les familles ...
Le jacuzzi ,le sauna étaient hors service..
Une baignoire sans bouchon pour pouvoir y prendre un bain.
Je ne reviendrai pas ici pour ma part car ça fait délabré vêtus et rien de moderne .
Heureusement que j ai pas pris avec la formule demi-pension.

PPengguna TetamuWat een geweldig hotel! Heel vriendelijk personeel, schone en ruime kamers, een heel fijn bed en het eten is echt fantastisch! Wij hebben vaker in all inclusive hotels gezeten, maar nergens zo goed eten gehad! Er is een fijn zwembad, een bar met veel keuze voor drankjes, en de locatie is ook heel fijn. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid voor de deur en de mall op loopafstand. Dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Als we ooit teruggaan naar Cyprus, gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel! :)

PPengguna TetamuAll of the staff are warm, accommodating & friendly. We were grateful that Maria made sure that we were allocated a room in the building of our choice. The room was very well equipped with a good size & modern fridge & freezer. Plus oven, microwave & all the plates & cutlery you could possibly need. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.
The resort is clean & both pool areas are kept clean & tidy.
Breakfast is excellent value for money.
Be aware that you need to bring a towel from home to use at the pool.
Very easy to walk into town from this location. Lots of parking

Но отель крайне обветшалый.
Номера просторные и хорошо оборудованы для отдыха семьей - есть полноценная кухня, два санузла.
Телевизоры есть, но без доступа к ютубу.
Кондиционер работает в целом но консоль вся разбита и не сразу понятно как это работает.
Все зеркала в ванных по краям уже отслаиваются. Лампа в одной из ванных постоянно моргала, на потолке потеки, раковины и краны подтекают. И душевой кабины вода переливается на пол как будто дверки вовсе нету.
Ручка двери на лоджию так расшатана что страшно дотрагиваться.
Но по факту всем этим скрепя зубами можно пользоваться. Убирают каждый день и достаточно аккуратно.
Спа бассейн слегка пованивал хлоркой, бегал одинокий таракан, но купаться можно, есть джакузи, сауна и паровая.
Гораздо приятнее купаться в открытых бассейнах, коих три, включая лягушатник.
Кухня в ресторане и баре дешевая и безвкусная.
В общем остаться можно но кайфануть от пребывания сложно.
Понравился минимаркет при отеле со множеством полезных вещей.
Рядом лидл.
Лужайка при отеле красивая, закаты смотреть классно.
