GGuest UserReally excellent service. Our booking provider made a mistake and the lady at reception sorted it out straight away and upgraded us to the correct room. The room was perfect for the four of us.
Parking available on the street for free during the weekend and the centre was only 15 mins away by car!
Breakfast was fine and once again the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

TThomas SuzhouThe hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management.
My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

GGuest UserHotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.
However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.
Overall good for our needs.

AAnonymous UserA male hotel staff member was super nice. He gave us several super large rooms with great views. There seemed to be more than a dozen windows, including large floor-to-ceiling windows. Although it was right next to the train station, it was very soundproof and quiet! Thank you to this very kind male staff member. I was stunned the moment I walked in!

IIvanowishGreat location, staff members are very helpful. Its abit tricky to park the car at the hotel's parking lots. Need to get the instructions from the reception so you can park there as you need a pin code for entering the parking lots.

FFIONAI am very happy to choose this hotel, about 10 minutes from the train station, the room is clean/renovated modern group has a consistent style, there is a PT lady at the front desk called Magda, she is very good and she has taken Chinese classes in Beijing before, so she can speak/understand the small Mandarin, And the front desk manager Mr Linck, he will recommend nearby attractions to me.

WWantingThe laundry cost 5 euros, which is fine but I was disappointed that when I was told I could get the laundry at five pm, when I arrive at the laundry room it wasn’t ready.
The location is about five minutes walk from the central train station.
If you arrive very late at night, I recommend staying highly vigilant.
Better have company if you really need to go out at night.
The staff is very friendly.
But there’s a sign in from of the hotel that says don’t bring any firearms or knife there. Wonder what happened before the sign was erected.
The room that was assigned to me didn’t face a highway, and I was able to use the microwave and the fridge in the hotel
It’s about 5 minutes walk to the museum and about 15-20 mins walk to downtown center. A very good location for business people.

SsilverairThe best hotel, the price is right, breakfast is included, and there is a bathtub in the room. I was worried and disinfected it carefully before using it, but the paper towels I used had no stains on them at all, they were clean and soundproof! There is an edeka 100 meters away that is open until 9 o'clock. The front desk of the hotel is also very friendly. He personally helped to heat up the KFC he brought with him in the microwave and gave him a plate.

NN + TFriendliness was absolutely top notch.
The single beds were unfortunately extremely narrow. Mattress width approx. 70 - 75cm.
No wardrobe in the double room. Just an open chest of drawers.
Direct view of the train tracks, but still very quiet. Breakfast offered a good and tasty selection.
Reception open 24 hours.
Recommended for a short trip.

GGuest UserQuicker checkin, as well checkout. Friendly staff. Matches for my taste too soft. There was a great thing to rock to sea stage. It was great (locker to walk). Arrival from Hbf quickly and easily by tram. Next year please come back.
