FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.
Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night.
Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth
Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection.
Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !

The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and it is not closed to the beach either.
Hotel is very modern and it is good for a 3 starts hotel, they have even minibar in the rooms but the beds are not comfortable for me, the mattress are not hard enough and you feel you are downing in. The shower is really good tho!
The staff from the reception should be more friendly and welcome the guest nicer. No nice touch upon arrival nor when we did the check out.
Hotel is ok for 1 night stay and if you dont plan to stay in the room too long.

PPengguna TetamuMuy buena ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad, el servicio de recepción es buenísimo, sus desayunos buffet de calidad, calidad en limpieza y productos, el minibar que tenía en la habitación un plus y su terrasa particular genial, a mi me funcionaron todos los servicios en mi habitación durante mi estadía. Volveré y seguro me hospedó con ellos

MMDELGADOMTNEZEl hotel es estupendo, muy cerca del centro histórico, del río Segura y del Puente de los Peligros. La atención en recepción fue genial. Nos recomendaron sitios para visitar en Murcia. El hotel muy limpio y la habitación perfecta. Y Murcia, una ciudad preciosa y limpia. Hotel y ciudad totalmente recomendables.

PPengguna TetamuAbbiamo pernottato solo una notte ma devo dire che questo hotel mi ha entusiasmato. Personale di ricezione molto cordiale. La stanza che abbiamo ricevuta, ampia e bella . La colazione, superlativa. Prodotti freschi e di qualità. Il caffè. Possibilità di scegliere diverse cialde con la macchina Nespresso.

JJonathanReservamos 7 noches a finales de agosto. La verdad que la experiencia ha sido buenísima. Una habitación amplia, limpia, cómoda, con excelentes vistas a la piscina y el Mar Menor.
Cogimos Pensión Completa y nos sorprendió gratamente tanto por su variedad, como por el precio de las bebidas.
Las piscinas que tienen son excelentes, con unas temperaturas que parecen climatizadas, camas balinesas gratuitas y dos jacuzzis a pie de piscinas también gratuitos. Tienes tanto el mar menor como el Mediterráneo q escasos 100 metros y con una playa enorme, sin aglomeraciones.
El único pero que le pondría, sería que 15 euros/día de parking me parece excesivo.
