Hotel Vigo dengan Sarapan

The facilities were clean and it was nice because it was a new building. I rested well because there was an ocean in front of me. The breakfast was good. I applied for breakfast beforehand, but due to a communication error with the female staff at the restaurant, the staff charged me, but the front desk staff handled it well.

I spent 3 nights. The rom was comfortable for me and my daughter. Wifi was easy to connect to. Bathroom was very clean. Great location also. I do wish there was a mini fridge in our room.

VIGO URZAI駅(高速鉄道）の駅から徒歩約5分。VIGO GUIXAR駅（ローカル線）からは徒歩約15分。 入口が分かりずらいので通り過ぎないように注意しないといけません。 受付の方は英語が喋れてフレンドリーでした。 WiFiは順調に動作しました。（速度は普通。速くはない） アメニティに歯ブラシが置いてました。 シャワーには、シャンプー兼、ボディソープ、リンス、ボディクリームがあります。 trip.comで静かな部屋をオーダーしましたが、車道側の部屋でクラクションの音などが聞こえました。 隣の部屋の音はしませんが、扉の開け閉めや、廊下の音は聞こえました。

Me gustaría dejar constancia de mi descontento con respecto a mi reciente estancia en su hotel. En el momento de la reserva, contraté dos habitaciones (habitaciones 510 e 511) . Sin embargo, comprobé que su página web no permite solicitar y pagar la opción de late check-out únicamente para una de las habitaciones. Al llegar al hotel, expuse esta situación en recepción, donde se me indicó que debería haber contactado previamente por teléfono, lo cual no era una solución viable en mi caso, ya que no hablo español. Asimismo, se me informó de que, debido al elevado número de solicitudes, ya no era posible atender mi petición de late check-out, sugiriéndose como alternativa la reserva de una noche adicional. Ante la falta de otras opciones, acepté esta solución con cierta reticencia, dado que únicamente necesitaba la habitación por un corto período de tiempo, concretamente para ducharme tras participar en la media maratón entre Vigo y Baiona. Cabe señalar que finalmente realicé el check-out de habitación 510 de esa noche adicional alrededor de las 14:00, es decir, incluso antes de la hora prevista de check-in (15:00), lo que pone de manifiesto lo desproporcionado de la solución propuesta. Lamento la falta de flexibilidad mostrada y, sobre todo, la ausencia de alternativas razonables para una situación relativamente sencilla. Considero que la experiencia no ha estado a la altura de lo esperado y, por este motivo, no tengo intención de volver a alojarme en su hotel, a pesar de participar en este evento deportivo cada año. Better than what I was expecting, from the first contact over the phone to the last at the check out. The room was quite spacious, it had a big wardrobe. I enjoyed the balcony over one of the main streets of Vigo, the proximity to the old town and many more things. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and polite at all time.

Recomendable sin lugar a dudas ! Las camas increíblemente cómodas las almohadas un lujo, limpieza de 10 y la atención inmejorable!

Das Zimmer ordentlich. Was sehr störend war , Hellhörig ! Das schnarchen von nebenan gehört. Gut dass ich Ohropax dabeihatte / habe. Den Blick vom Fenster direkt auf die Mauer , daher ziemlich dunkel auch sm Tag! . Personal , alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !

A few minutes walk from Central Bus Station / Train Station. Department store and restaurant nearby. 15 minutes walk to main high street; 20 minutes walk to ferry pier. Breakfast buffet - normal continental style with some varieties, but no sausage / cooked tomatoes The room is clean, with air conditioning. Yet only HEATING is on, the cooling option is disabled centrally. This means the room is very warm at night

Buen Hotel, limpio, con camas cómodas y con un personal muy profesional y amable. Café y zumo de calidad en un desayuno completo. Buen aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta y poco ruido de ciudad. Bien calidad/precio. Repetiremos

I recently stayed at Hotel Maroa Vigo and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated between Plaza de Compostela and the ferry terminal for the Cíes Islands, making it convenient for exploring both the city and the beautiful surrounding areas. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or recommendations for local attractions and dining. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of hair conditioner and a small kettle in the room to make a cup of tea but for the price of the room I will not complain.
