Very friendly, breakfast is good, room is good, location is good.  No lift so may be a problem for senior people.

Clean and spacious room. We love the stay here.

Great friendly service, very helpful. Recommended for a cosy stay to explore Arles by foot. There are 2 carparks available on first come first served basis. Interesting stay in this hotel.

Great location ! But Getting into Hotel requires climbing up a flight of stairs. I had a couple of heavy luggages but No help offered by hotel staff despite being dropped off in front of them. Not 5 star service.

Very small rooms, VERY small bathrooms, good blackout blinds, fine airconditioning. No elevator. Too expensive restaurant.

Hotel was in a good central location near the arena. The room we stayed in was small and basic, with some chic decor. It was clean. As the hotel is next to some restaurants, it was very noisy. The room walls were thin and throughout, we could hear other guests opening and closing the doors, talking, etc. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for us.

Typical holidays hotel based in a calm green area with a beautiful swimming pool and a lot of services like restaurants. You will need a car to go to Arles city.
