Excellent hotel! I found it completely by chance, but it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. The value for money is perfect — everything is at a very high level. The room was clean, neat, and cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. A special highlight was the beautiful balcony with a lovely view over the city. The staff were very friendly, and the room service was truly excellent — fast, polite, and efficient. The location is perfect: there are plenty of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby, the metro is just a couple of steps away, and you can even walk to the Eiffel Tower. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Hôtel Montcalm Paris for their outstanding service. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back again!

Standing tall as the only skyscraper hotel in the city, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile offers a perspective of Paris that few other properties can match. Located in the 17th Arrondissement, connected to the Palais des Congrès, it is a premier choice for both business travelers and sightseers. The rooms are sleek and modern, but the true draw is the floor-to-ceiling windows. If you book an Eiffel Tower view room, the sight of the ”Iron Lady” sparkling at night is unforgettable. For the ultimate experience, visit Windo Skybar on the 34th floor; sipping a cocktail while overlooking the Arc de Triomphe and the sprawling city lights is a quintessential Parisian moment. Service is efficient and professional, living up to the global Hyatt standard. Verdict: An iconic high-rise hotel offering some of the most spectacular, unobstructed views in all of Paris.

TThe hotel is exceptionally stylish and has a very nice, modern aesthetic. The design is chic and the atmosphere is welcoming. The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor. Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

Accessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages. It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

The hotel is very well located, the reception staff are friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. For two consecutive days, there was no soap in the shower dispenser. We informed the front desk and were told it would be checked the next day, but the issue was never resolved during our stay. In addition, the room was not cleaned properly. There were small leaves on the floor when we arrived, and they remained there for all four days, suggesting the floor was never properly cleaned. Another issue was that the shower door seal was broken, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor every time we showered and leaving the bathroom flooded. These are relatively minor maintenance and housekeeping issues, but they are details that guests reasonably expect to be taken care of in a 4-star hotel. Overall, the location and breakfast were great, but the room maintenance and housekeeping need improvement

Saya suka Novotel Paris, oleh itu selepas tamat perjalanan Switzerland saya, saya kembali semula ke hotel ini, kali ini saya telah melampirkan gambar bayaran koktel yang saya ambil di tingkat 7, FYI tingkat 7 adalah bar atas bumbung dengan Menara Eiffel pemandangan, malah Menara Eiffel gambar yang diambil pada waktu malam telah saya lampirkan, tempat yang selesa untuk bersiar-siar dengan sedikit minuman selepas jadual sibuk seharian anda, tidak sabar-sabar untuk melawat hotel ini lagi dalam masa terdekat!,

Hotel service was amazing. Staff allowed us an early check in and everyone we dealt with were super friendly. Room is small but clean. Great location, easy to get around. Ammenities were great, gym and sauna. Highly recommend.

The hotel is just in front of the station Gare du nord.Very easy and convenient to go anywhere to Eiffel tower,Louvre museum,and others from here either by bus,metro,Eurostar.U won't get lost.Just the lift for the hotel is a bit small.It can accommodate u and 2 big luggage one time.There is KFC beside the hotel and other cafes.The carrefour is behind the hotel.So u can shop some groceries or snacks also.

Bukan hotel yang buruk, lokasi yang sesuai di kawasan metro, kafe berdekatan dengan sarapan pagi yang lazat, kedai membeli-belah. Bilik-bilik adalah kecil, bersih, tetapi perabot yang sangat sederhana. Kos sebenar bilik adalah terlalu mahal, pada pendapat saya, untuk tahap ini.

Very horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
