PPengguna TetamuDas war unser zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war nicht so schön wie das erste Mal und auch die Sauberkeit ließ ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal entgegen ist wie immer sehr freundlich.

OOliver Robert henryLovely location and a great building. However it's dreadfully over priced for what is essentially an average three star hotel room.
Fixtures and fittings were of average condition. Most TV channels didn't work and the car chargers were also faulty.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is nicer and better maintained than the Ibis Budget but it's further away from the airport. You have to walk 20mins along a road and cross a roundabout. There's a pedestrian sidewalk so the walk felt safe. The walk is ok if you don't have much luggage

SSensen1I booked this hotel because I need fly to Spain from Beauvais. I arrived here at 10pm and I was very tired. At that time, there was only one security guard in charge of check-in in the store, and an appointment number was required to check in on the machine. After I provided it, he said that there is a problem with the number and then checked on their system, telling them that they did not receive my online payment because of a problem with my credit card. It didn't help that I showed him my payment history, I contacted Trip's customer service and couldn't solve it in time, so I made a new payment because we were too tired and needed to rest. The store staff's English is not very good so it is very difficult to communicate, and I need to go to the airport to catch my flight the next day so I don't have time to argue. I am really disappointed that this matter is still not resolved.

AAlenaStayed for a night before morning flight from Beauvais airport. The hotel is located 30 meters from a bus stop to the airport, it takes only 10 minutes by bus to get to the airport, the schedule of the bus is arranged so you won’t miss your flight so location of the hotel is very convenient for those who will departure from the Beauvais airport.
The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast could be better. Good point is that they serve breakfast in 3 different times so even if your departure is in early morning or later then standard breakfast time you won’t be hungry.

PPengguna TetamuThe lady on check in was very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. But as the website said booking a car parking space was not possible we arrived to find it full. This resulted in a wasted 45 minutes, after already driving for 7 hours, trying to find somewhere nearby to park.
The shower curtain was filthy at the bottom and the toilet door lock was painted shut. Also there was no kettle in the room and because the hotel was full, we were told that there was no way we could be given one.

PPengguna TetamuPeperduur. Veel te grote, onpraktische kamers. De badkamer was vuil en dringend aan renovatie toe. Op een verblijf van twee nachten bleken er al meerdere fouten in de reservatie. Eten was pretentieus en veel te duur. De wijnen waren ronduit slecht, en dat in Frankrijk!. Het enige wat grandioos bleek was de rekening.
