"You have all what to expect from that kind of hotel a place to sleep and a parking lot just outside the hotel. I stayed for business and location is quite in an industrial zone. So expect to take the car if needed to go somewhere in the city to eat. Rooms are clean and all yoh need. As always these kinds of hotel have no elevator, so expect to walk up stairs to reach your room. Desk to work is quite small but it does the job. Breakfast was good value for money. I think for a business trip this hotel is fine, it's a place you stay to have a place to sleep, have breakfast and leave early. It's not a place I'd recommend for people on holidays. It's just a very convenient hotel for people on the go."

"We had a pleasant family stay at Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly. While the overall experience was good, it wasn't particularly amazing, but it was a solid choice for a relaxing weekend. The highlight was definitely the Spa. I highly recommend the body relaxation massage and the facial treatment; both were very professional and relaxing. The breakfast offered a rich selection of food, though the quality was standard and didn't quite stand out. Overall, it is a reliable and calm place for a getaway, especially if you are looking for quality spa treatments."

"The principle of a guest room is meeting, sharing with guests in an ideal setting. For the setting, the decor and the luxurious fittings it is magnificent for the welcome much much less good when you are welcomed by an employee dressed in a tracksuit and flip-flops who does not speak a word of French and who acts as host for the stay. And above all, don't forget anything in your room."

"Just read another recent review and it could well have been written by me.... We stayed here en route to the Alps. Only a one night stay in a Junior Suite with access to the walled garden. What a fabulous place. Tucked away seemingly in the middle of nowhere it is quite a find. Lovely welcome drink by the fire in the lounge, great spacious comfortable suite and then the dinner which was quite frankly superb. Great service and great food. Two other couples we spoke to were on return trips and i can see why. Highly recommended."

"Quite attractive auberge in the countryside, but nowhere near a dune. The room was average with a small shower in the bathroom. There was no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the windows open and the shutters closed - luckily the road outside was not busy at night. All the bedding was made with nylon type man-made fabric, that is quick for the hotel to wash and dry but very uncomfortable on a hot night. The bar was convenient with outside seating. The restaurant seemed quite good but I made the mistake at the time of booking of taking up their special offer of demi-pension. The dinner was the cheapest menu on offer with no choice for any of the three courses. The entree and the main course were both inexpensive fish dishes - unfortunate if one did not like fish! It did not seem to be a special offer as the individual parts added up the what we paid, and although the inexpensive fish course was well cooked there were much better food choices on the other menus available."

Excellent breakfast from early hours, with a wide choice of products, meeting all preferences. Possibility to dine, of course not a Michelin 3 star restaurant, but decent and absolutely satisfactory. Very convenient location, close to restaurants and supermarkets, nice seaside spots and historical locations."
