Personnel a l'écoute, Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation et l'établissement nous a tout de même fais une réduction pour excuser le dérangement. Piano tres agréable pour jouer, mérite peut-être un petit accordement ;) Chambre propre, confortable, petit déjeuner tres complet et local, chambre parfaitement insonorisées. Rien à redire pour l'établissement. Nous sommes tres satisfait.

Everything’s is more than good, especially staff and they are really have storage for bikes, very useful. Hotel is not so far from Train station and main attractions, just few steps from historical street with restaurants. Only one things is … there isn’t soundproofing, noise from neighboring rooms disturbed sometimes. Definitely recommend hotel, why only two stars hotel , it’s more than….

What a beautiful place! We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely hotel. If you have a dog there’s plenty green to walk around, our dog got a lovely toy gift and a bowl for water to use in the room. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, Yasin the waiter was so helpful! Beds are comfortable, pool is nice and kids are allowed before 6pm, Overall I would stay again.

Bonjour j'ai réservé à l'hôtel l'univers une chambre pour la Saint-Valentin je suis venu avec mon épouse et ensuite on a fait une réservation au restaurant pour un menu spécial Saint-Valentin on nous a demandé d'arriver avant 21h30 ce qu'on a fait pour avoir le menu qui nous était destiné sauf que on est arrivé bien avant pour être sûr d'avoir le menu spécial Saint-Valentin on est arrivé à 20h45 et on nous annonce que c'est trop tard que il n'y a plus assez pour tout le monde donc je suis très déçu je fais part de ma déception je dis que j'ai fait la réservation une semaine à l'avance et qu'on m'a promis qu'on avait droit à un menu spécial Saint-Valentin après avoir dis plusieurs fois notre mécontentement on nous a proposé de nous faire le menu qui était convenu mais avec une quantité limiter c'est vraiment dommage pour un tel établissement car l'endroit est magnifique l'hôtel avec piscine jacuzzi et hammam et formidable mais la restauration n'est pas à l'auteur de l'établissement fortement déçu on a signalé l'incident à l'accueil le jour de notre départ et on nous a enlevé 40 € sur le prix du menu spécial Saint-Valentin mais on aurait préféré payer le prix convenu et être servi correctement comme c'était convenu donc c'est dommage pour un tel établissement

Perfect base to visit the castles in the Loire Valley. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. Just be reminded that 12:00-14:00 and after 20:00 there is no reception, so try to arrange the check in afternoon. The room was spacious, had fridge, stove, basic cutlery, glasses, pans. And the best point: location 7 minutes from Tours station and Carrefour city.

To put this stay into context we were on our way back from attending the Annecy Animation Festival so had had a week of sauna like living in an apartment without air conditioning and sleeping in 27 degree night temperatures. The sheer bliss of a cool hotel room was so amazing after a week of 38 degree C days. We arrived around 6pm after a 335 mile drive in our EV involving recharging en-route so being recommended the next door Hotel Mercure Restaurant on a Sunday night that we were told had vegan food options was very welcome as it involved just a 50 yard stroll. The meal was disappointing - overpriced with poor 'sniffy' service and a single vegan menu dish. The non-vegan menu items were pretty lacklustre and the desserts were woeful and way below what I would expect from any half decent French kitchen. AVOID the Mercure is my advice. The Ibis Budget is a good clean well appointed hotel if you just want an overnight stay while travelling. 7 miles from the city centre so if you want to be able to walk to the main tourist attractions in Tours you should book a city centre hotel.

Initially it seemed like a sketchy place and had some trouble finding it and getting access to the building. Was pleasantly surprised by the room. They accommodated us with an early checkout and early breakfast. Would recommend it. Breakfast was good.

25 mins walk to Cathedral. Parking is challenging except for small cars in a secure hotel parking lot for €12 per stay. Local craft beer bistro (Le Croque Bedaine on 153 Rue Colbert) - super friendly owners who are car enthusiasts (Porsche & Japanese sport cars). Nice bar snacks with happy hour till 8pm.

Nice hotel, rooms are large and clean. Good air-conditioning aland room facilities.. Location is walking distance to city center. Recommended

Отель расположен в нескольких минутах от железнодорожного вокзала. Название отеля себя оправдывает - состояние весьма бюджетное. Как по мне за 5000 рублей дороговато, в соседних городах за подобную цену есть варианты гораздо лучше. Номер чистый, опрятный. Ремонт в номере и центральном холле свежий, в коридорах и лифтах не очень.
