PPengguna Tetamu位置在雷丁市中心，離火車站非常近，出行方便，房間在另一棟樓有工作人員幫忙送行李，房間還不錯有陽台，酒店的餐廳餐食也還可以，入住當天去得晚了衹有部分菜品可以點，酒不錯。就是退房時酒店把賬單搞錯了多收了一次錢，找了平台交涉退回了。總體感覺滿意。

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is approx 7 mins from the nearest reading station. It is near to Oxford and Bicester village and if you planning for a visit to either those place, worth to stay.
There are plenty of shops and eateries around and there’s a Tesco express which make our stay convenient.
There’s only 1 point, the hotel is without lift, if you have big luggage, and you will need to bring that up to the room yourself.

CCY SzeThe reception lady was not very friendly when checked into the hotel, but the rest of the staff are very nice. The room looks dark and old. The shower switch fell out a few times when we tried to turn it on. The toilet got stuck easily. But the location was perfect, one minute walk from the train station.

MMei ShanThe hotel is basically accessible by car only. No bus , no train, no shops. The room is spacious but pretty old fashioned and worn-out. The trade off is the room price is absolutely affordable.

PPengguna TetamuVery nice hotel, they have games like ping pong and darts in the reception area to play for free and a nice bar. Rooms are very spacious! When we checked in they stated 24 hour bar and reception desk but when I went down at around 3am I didn’t see a worker. But I would come back here again!

GGo MissPriddyIt was a nice comfortable room and stay. Cost effective with breakfast.
Systems were down so checking was delayed and held us up. Room was too far for my sister to walk as she suffered with a leg injury and found it difficult to walk to and from the room. Accessibility was not considered despite noting it on the booking so she couldn't have the desired shower room as expected. Could be because of the system issue. The room was spacious and nice, hall a little bland, hall carpet a little tarnished possibly due to footballers and co footfall as it's connected to the stadium so perfect for footballers and families at match time. Entrance clean and inviting. There are 2 floors ,no lift so this must be considered if you cannot walk far. Lobby and breakfast hall was clean, and buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly. FYi- my uncle received complimentary benefits for the long check in issues and delays. My sister and I didn't although it would have been nice too, since we waited long also. Overall it was nice but and I would stay again.

RraffzThe staff is friendly and polite. Although it’s a bit of a drive from Newbury and closer to Thatcham, the location isn’t too bad. There are even public transport links, with a bus stop outside on the line that connects Newbury to Reading. I haven’t tried the food yet, as it seemed a bit expensive to me. However, there’s a pub nearby that serves excellent food. Unfortunately, there’s no air conditioning, but fans are provided.

PPengguna TetamuAfter requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy.
The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night.
Not sure if recommended staying here. .
