They gave out already booked rooms because client didn’t check in earlier. But they fixed it after we complained on trip.com

I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

Best stay! Customer service was impeccable, the host harriet was very friendly and attentive, the studio was sold out so they upgraded us to a bigger apartment for free, highly recommend! Shops and restaurants close by, its in the city so its not far from activities and night life, all amenities were provided for! 10/10

The location is perfect—conveniently close to key areas, making it easy to get around Accra. The service was outstanding, with staff being friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Accra, whether for a short or long stay.
