"La habitación está súper bien muy muy amplia con el aire acondicionado genial tienes la playa bajando cinco minutos a pie, pero el desayuno deja mucho que desear yo no puedo tomar café porque me sienta mal y la leche sola fría no me gusta pedí si me podían hacer un ColaCao o un chocolate de máquina aunque fuese o calentarme la leche y echar cacao en polvo o algo así y no tenían solo tres o cuatro tipos de café agua caliente o fría y ya y de comida o te gustan los dátiles, bacon, huevos fritos, queso en lonchas y poco más o no desayunas acabas antes reservar sin desayuno y desayunar en cualquier cafetería de más abajo"

I rested with my sister, we really liked everything, I recommend it, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and nice, the breakfasts were wonderful, I also recommend a massage, you will not regret it if you choose this hotel « Melrose Rethymno by Mage Hotels”

This is an excellent hotel located right in the old town of Rethymno. It was easy to explore the charming streets on foot, and the central bus station—perfect for day trips—was just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to share local tips and recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast offered a classic continental selection, including fresh eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, and fruits. Everything was fresh and satisfying. While the swimming pool is on the smaller side, it was a lovely bonus and a great spot to cool off after a day of sightseeing.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Rethymno.

This hotel was amazing. One of my top 3 favorites in Crete. I highly recommend staying here. I only wish I stayed two nights here. Definitely worth it. Breakfast read included and an amazing selection. They even gave me a little gift when checking out. I would remove this to anyone coming to Crete.

Absolutely recommended!
Archipelagos is a wonderful hotel with a great location and a beautiful sea view. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good, and the overall atmosphere was lovely.
At the beginning, we had a few small issues with the room, but we spoke with the reception and they quickly helped us by changing the room. We really appreciated their support and professionalism.
We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back. The view over the sea is truly amazing!

Pengguna Tanpa NamaWe stayed at May Hotel for two nights before flying back to Germany, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early.
We booked the half-board option, and both the breakfast and dinner were good. Breakfast offered a nice variety of choices, and dinner was tasty with enough selection. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.
The hotel also has a gym with enough equipment for a basic workout, which was a nice bonus during our stay.
The hotel itself is comfortable, although the rooms and facilities feel a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. The location is also not the most convenient, as there is no direct beach access—you’ll need to walk a few minutes to reach the beach.
Overall, it’s a good value for money with excellent service, comfortable rooms, decent food, and useful amenities. With some modernization and a more convenient beach location, it would easily be an even better stay.

The Hotel is located at a 25 min walking distance from the old town. There is no on site parking. The nearest free parking is 10 to 12 mins by walk. The family room is not appropriately designed. The main bed is in a loft with no ventilation or air conditioner. The toilet is very small. The breakfast at the restaurant is very sparse. Expected much better. This is not a value for money hotel.

Great place to stay. Even had a small kitchen in the room. Acces to 3 swimingpools and right next to the beach.
Friendly staff and rarely heard any noise from outside.
Bars, supermarkets, restaurants and ofcourse the beach right outside the hotel.
Will come again.
