PPengguna TetamuThis place was a great experience at first--the welcome drink and free breakfast were nice experiences, and the staff was incredibly personal and warm. The room was a standard normal-to-high end solo traveler or coulples ranges. Then came the wild, endless brawl in the hallway outside my room. I was afraid to even open my door. Then, while checking me out, I was told I'd need to pay basically one more night's work in order to rectify that I was ”a menace” during my stay. Justifications for this decision included minor spots left on the toilet sheet” and a picture of a wet bathmat I'd left on the floor. Next came wild proclamations that I had urinated all over the floor (according to them this happened the day before arrival); that I had left puke all over the room; and, most audatioualy, the claim that I had started that riot (during which at least two people were arrested and I had not left my room. An hour of arguing later, we were told that we had to play. Ruthless, lying, **** management, but could be a great place. For now, stay away.

PPengguna Tetamu뷰가 정말 좋아요 탁 트여서 창문도 시원하니 크고 직원들이 너무 친절합니다 다양한 손님들이 많아서 그런지 정말 시끄러운데, 호텔이 방음이 1도 안되서 잠을 잘수가없습니다.. 수건도 공항가기 두시간전에 바꿔주셔서 3일동안 같은 수건 말려서 사용했구요; 그리고 샤워기가 천장에 붙어있어서 샤워기헤드와 필터를 교체할수없더라구요 여행가실분 참고하세요 방청소는 없는거같고, 이불만 다시 접어놔주십니다 결정적으로 조식이 너무 부실해서 하루먹고 못먹었어요ㅠㅠ 진짜 맛없어요... 마나도가 아직 잘 알려지지않아 그런지 아마리스 호텔도 한국인 후기가 없는거같아 제가 적어봅니다..!!! 체크아웃할때 호텔 프론트에도 동일한 내용 인도네시아어로 번역해서 말씀드렸고 사과도 받았습니다! 하지만 예약전에 알고가시면 좋을거같아 내용 남깁니다!

The potential of this establishment is undeniable, but it's evident that its best days are in the rearview mirror. A noticeable lack of meticulous care on the premises is a disappointment. The grounds aren't kept with the pristine attention one might expect from a hotel of its reputation. A major letdown is the swimming pool. The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

MMario PantowI stayed here for a night. If you’re looking for a hotel with “unique” experiences, this one’s for you! The check-in was smooth, and the bed was decorated with abstract stains – perhaps part of the charm? Luckily, no soap to wash away the memory in the room. When asked, the staff, oh so polite, reassured me that the soap “could be conditioned” – whatever that means! And, the cherry on top: a delightful three-minute delay for a room check, just to make sure I didn’t snag a complimentary pen. I left feeling like a lottery winner who hit the jackpot of mediocrity. Truly a stay to remember! 🎉

PPengguna Tetamu洗澡有熱水。 有空調和被子，睡覺比較舒適。 機場司機都知道這家店，打車過去要50000，上車前記得問好價格，不然有可能給你要100000。 回機場有酒店的專車，入住時可以預訂好明天去機場的時間，車費50000，這個不會亂。報價，車和司機是酒店的。 5樓有自助早餐，米飯，炒麪，青菜，雞肉，還有木薯，麪包，炸芝麻丸子，咖啡，茶。很豐富了。 出門左轉就有個小吃廣場，有三四家店，晚上可以在這吃，中午不知道。出門右轉，步行3分鐘有個大超市，裏面東西很齊全，也便宜。超市旁邊也有餐飲店。
