Rajaeali homestay, salah satu trmpat menginap pilihan terbaik. Tempatnya nyaman bersih fasilitasnya oke hanya saja tidak menyediakan air minum. Lokasi strategis.

The hotel is new, friendly people and staff. Located in the city many eateries are reachable by taxi. A small restaurant is next door

Only here for transit. My second time staying in Batiqa. Close to the heart of the city, have a little problems in the rooms but handled by the hotels smoothly.

Near LRT station so eady to get from and to the airport cheaply as well as to other major places in Palembang. Ehailing service also easy to get. Food very nice, local and menu changes everyday. Room is spacious enough with chair and table. But no tea or coffee sachet in room! AC also not cold enough - just OK. Considering everything, will come afain.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Ok, hotel bintang 3, kamar oke meski ambil yg tanpa jendela, breakfst enak, parkir jgn lupa minta stamp ke resepsionis

Really not recommended for pleasure purpose!! The curtains was broken~ so we cannot open it. The sink has lots of red spots like blood and i must clean it with tissues. The Hairdryer was broken. The foods soo tasty 👍 And they have totally tasty jamu

Ok sich hotelnya cukup bersih, tapi harus ada beberapa yg diperbaiki, seperti keran wastafel, kemudian sabun kalo dengan shampoo, bisa ditulis sabun + shampoo, lalu..., kalo breakfast ada pempek sbg makanan khas Palembang, dan juga TV lagi ada masalah sich pas saya datang Yang lainnya oke, dekat martabak Har yg legenda, tx Yach Luminor

Kamarnya nyaman sih, cuma bermasalah sama pintu yg susah dibuka karena harus manggil housekeeping dan kamar mandinya agak kurang karna air disalur pembuangan lama turun jadi agak becek dan basah banget
