The property is old but nicely maintained and the staff is very polite. We liked the food as well and the variety provided by the hotel was very nice. It was our wedding anniversary and they sent a complimentary cake to our room as a welcome gesture to made our day special. All the staff members were very well behaved and definitely I would love to visit again in the future. Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

We had booked 4 rooms here for one night. The hotel is not easily identifiable what with it being next to crowded shops attached to either side. No parking space. Our vehicle was parked in the next lane. Rooms were average, beaten down furniture not polished for years together. The curtains looked as if they haven't been washed or replaced from the time the hotel was established. The lift is accessible only from the 1st floor, so senior citizens or people with health issues would definitely have a difficult time. No view to talk about, better don't try looking out of the window. Advantages, its is in the centre of the town, so if you are visiting for sight seeing, most of the beaches and fort is close by. Good restaurant next door who delivers room service and good food. I would recommend this only if you are not going to be in the room whole day except for night sleep and the proximity to various landmarks in the city.

I recently stayed at emerald, calicut, and while there were some positives, a few issues affected my experience. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, i faced communication issues among the staff, particularly regarding my request for an extension until 2 pm. Additionally, the room phone was faulty, and the toiletries provided were subpar, with old towels that need replacement. These aspects could definitely be improved to enhance guest satisfaction.

I am writing down my real experience with the hotel service. Today I had a worst experience with the accommodation in this hotel. I already enquired and booked the superior room rated 3600/-and I was checked into the hotel by 12-8-2023 evening 3:30 pm. Dipin KC (+91 73564 16333) was whom assisted me during the check in time. The service of the staffs of the hotel to the customers is very poor. After check in ,I went for lunch at Gazania Mezbaan Restaurant and waited for more than 1 hour for getting my ordered food. After that I went to room for taking test and at that time I couldn’t make my rest because of the high volume songs since the DJ party was going on at the hall and also there were people who were drunk. I complained to the reception staff but no response and also no actions were taken from their side.And they behaved a wrong manner. I decided to check out from the hotel because of the bad experience and service I had whom didn’t give any value to the customers. I called Dipin(+91 73564 16333) who said he is the manager but he also responders in a good manner and I didn’t get a solution for my problem. I checked out from the hotel by 8:30 pm and they were refunded only 600/- which I paid 3600/- at the time of check in.when i enquired about the charge to the receptionist named Shibin ,he told that it’s the charge .They were charged 3000/- for just five hours and was check out from the hotel due to the issue from their side itself. This was a worst experience for me and they didn’t value their customers. Not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please go through my comment if you are looking for room in this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI had an excellent stay, the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. Great staff, especially Sabin. He was very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also helped with arranging transportation and giving directions, etc. I also had lunch and dinner at their restaurant. All the curries and fish fry served with lunch I got were delicious. The service was amazing. The location is great- I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Calicut.

This is our 3rd visit to Woodies Bleisure , Calicut. In a day and age where it is very hard to find consistently great service, this hotel which is a stone's throw away from the railway station is surely an exception. With spacious well appointed rooms combined and great maintenance standards, this property has become my family's favourite whenever we visit the city. The breakfast spread is elaborate and has an menu that appeals to both kids and adults alike making it a meal to look forward to every morning. The staff are all courteous and warm. Housekeeping and room service are very prompt in doing their duty. A special mention to the hotel 's GM Mr. Rajesh who takes special interest and care in checking on the guests making the stay very memorable. Thank you team Woodies for the wonderful experience we have every time we visit. We hope to be back again soon.

Great to come back to Tripenta Calicut, very nice Hotel with great Ambience and team around. Rooms has great views and so is the Restaurant on the 7th Floor. Well spread Buffet breakfast. Cannot miss mentioning of Ms. Niketa, of good services at this restaurant and of course Rijesh the Duty Manager cum Restaurant Manager, always to helpful and ever smiling. Front office staff ever so helpful and smiling. Mentioning the names of Krishna Priya (reservation)/ Sajith/Fathima/Aiswarya.

PPengguna TetamuIt's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

Here's a review based on the points you've mentioned: Accommodation: The room you were allocated was sufficient for your stay, but unfortunately, it lacked an outside view. This can be disappointing, as a nice view can enhance the overall experience of a hotel stay. Restaurant: It's disappointing that the hotel's restaurant did not meet my expectations. The quality of food and dining experience is a significant factor for ***y travelers, and it's unfortunate that it fell short during your stay. Amenities: Almost all amenities there including Dental kit, Comp, Shampoo, Misturiser. Not having a tea maker in the room, especially at a daily rate of INR 2000, can be seen as a shortcoming. Bathroom: The small size of the bathroom and the lack of separation between the shower area and the toilet can be inconvenient and uncomfortable. It's important for hotels to provide functional and comfortable bathroom facilities for their guests. Complaint of Bathroom lock is very uncomfirtabele In summary, stay at SAAS Residency in Kozhikode had some notable drawbacks, such as the lack of an outside view, a disappointing restaurant experience, the absence of a tea maker, and the small bathroom without a separation between the shower and toilet.

We have done a banqueting event on sept 9 for a wedding . I like to give my reviews regarding our experience . 1. The welcome drink station at the church started at all welcoming is over , served in plastic glass when we speak all about sustainability nowadays. 2. I visited the banquet hall previous night and given some basic changes and requirement but the banquet manager’s ( Sunny) response was very poor. He will agree for all but not serious about to implement it. The buffet spread presentation was not met the basic standards. No cutlery placed , the service boys were not in uniform, no grooming , hygienic etc The salad counter was a disaster , they don’t have the basic idea to setup a salad counter , when I alerted Sunny he told the hotel doesn’t have any stuff to decorate the salad counter - see my click 3. The food was very spicy , average, can say not up to the standards , deviated from the menu in the contract and Sunny has some funny explanation for everything. He is a cheater and owner has to scrap such HODs from the place. 4. No display signage on lobby about the event. 5 . The look of desert and juice station was very ugly . The management has to think about to change the bowl , cutleries , glass , serving trays etc 6. Don’t look outside through the windows of the pre functional area, it gives a garbage area look. 7. The table cloths are very old, torn, stained gives a dabba appearance. 8. I stayed in room no 404 , stay was good vs the money paid. So if anybody trust you and given you a chance to be the part of their memorable events in their life do some justice with them and comes near to the ”value for money”. This is my feedback and alert for others those who are opting this hotel or stay from this place.

PPengguna TetamuI have been coming to this hotel every year for past 5 years and have never felt like changing the hotel. Had a great stay, good place. The staff here is polite and very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean, a good option for business travellers. From room service to food, everything is good. Starting from mr siddhart, mr arjun, mr anil (resturant manager, mr noufal, mr rahul and mr alfin all of they made my stay memorable. Will definitely keep coming again and stay at the same place.
