Hotel Bolzano dengan Sarapan

A lovely boutique hotel sitting in the centre of Bolzano. A great concept to transfer an old villa house to a modern living and entertaining complex, including bars, restaurants and hotels.

位置相當好，步行就能到達主要景點，房間窗外風景不錯，早餐簡約但品質不錯，推薦嘗試特別的飲料。服務相當好，由於租賃的車輛發生故障，前台女士熱情的協助聯繫租車行，並主動寫了車輛提示卡片，下次還會入住

볼차노 중심, 깨끗한 시설, 다 맘에 들었습니다. 오래된 건물을 리모델링 해서 그런지 분위기도 최고!!! 방도 넓고 방안에 와인 셀러도 있음. 단점이라면 와인셀러가 있는대신 냉장고가 없다는점과 핸드폰 충전 콘센트 위치가 애매함. 나머지는 다 좋음.

很推薦的酒店，離博爾扎諾火車站就10分鐘路程。定的獨立公寓能做飯，餐具鍋廚房紙保鮮膜小冰箱啥的都齊全。在酒店前台隔壁棟的三樓，這棟是沒電梯但員工會幫忙搬行李包括退房，酒店員工很熱情。附近有個商場，能購物樓下吃的超市也都有，交通方便。坐公交也大概走路10min，不一定要考慮ortsei，我個人覺得這裏更方便。有免費guest pass，酒店每三天打掃一次

I stayed here with my teenage daughter when we are visiting the Dolomites, and this hotel was up to our expectation. What We Loved: - Spacious & Clean Room: Our room provided plenty of space for the two of us to unwind comfortably, and the cleanliness was top-notch throughout our stay. - Helpful & Friendly Staff: The front desk team was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to the staff member who gave us a tip about free parking across the street—that saved us quite a bit on unnecessary parking fees! What could be improved: - Wi-Fi Issues & Voucher Policy: The internet went down on our first night, which was a bit frustrating. The management kindly compensated us with drink vouchers, which was a nice gesture. However, we were disappointed to find out that the vouchers couldn't be used for takeaway drinks when we wanted to bring them back to our room. In summary: despite the minor hiccups with the Wi-Fi and drink voucher policy, the comfortable room and thoughtful service made for a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back to stay here again!

숙소는 깨끗했고 안내데스크의 사장님?? 직원 분들도 친절했습니다. 일층엔 간단한 바도 있었는데 이용을 못했네요 여행 중간기점이라 아쉽게도 1박만 했지만 만족합니다. 주변 광장 음식점도 가깝게 있습니다 조금 아쉬운건 기차역과의 거리가 도보로 10분 정도 걸립니다. 마을 대부분 도로가 캐리어를 끌고 가기엔 불편한 점이 있습니다. 캐리어가 아닌 배낭이면 이 부분도 문제가 되지 않겠네오

To my surprise, this is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the cobblestoned old town. The supermarket, H&M, and Yves Rocher are right across from the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The air conditioning is perfect and adjustable. The cool air doesn’t blow right on your face like most of the chain hotels. The espressos made by the Illy capsule machine were aromatic.

Lovely traditional hotel and very helpful staff. 2-minute walk away from the Bolzano railway station. Very convenient for taking early train. The staff are very helpful. My rental car got a flat tire near the hotel and it's after office hour. The hotel staff made a lot of calls to finally find a tow truck to help me return the car to rental company. Really appreciate their efforts. 可爱的传统酒店和非常乐于助人的员工。2分钟步行到波尔扎诺火车站，乘早班火车很方便。工作人员都很乐于助人。我租来的车在酒店附近爆胎了，而且当时已经过了上班时间。酒店工作人员打了很多电话，终于找到一辆拖车帮我把车还给租赁公司。非常感谢他们的努力。
