Брешия. Мы (2 человека) остановились в отеле Locanda Delle Mercanzie Брешия с 13 по 16 апреля 2025. Номер - №31. Цена вопроса – 37 021,68 руб. с завтраком (350,25 €) за 3-х местный номер. Бронировали через Trip.com. Оплата в рублях. Отель восхитительный. Выше всяких похвал! В центре города. Это было нам очень удобно. По городу ходили пешком. От железнодорожного вокзала дошли пешком за пятнадцать минут. Отель тихий, наши окна выходили во двор. Но улица все равно была не шумная. Очень уютный, просторный номер, выдержан в мягких теплых тонах, красивый дизайн. Было все необходимое в номере, и даже тапочки, и халат, много туалетных принадлежностей. Утром внизу был очень вкусный завтрак. Нам очень понравился. Там в будни еще работает бар. Наверху отеля есть терраса, с красивым видом на город. Очень дружелюбный, приветливый персонал в отеле, любой наш вопрос сразу же решался, супруг обратил внимание в баре на масло оливковое и девушка сразу же нам подарила его… невероятно. Всем рекомендуем только этот отель в Брешии. Самые приятные воспоминания останутся потом от этого города и этого чудесного отеля. Оценка отелю и персоналу–10 баллов!!! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ и отель и Брешию !

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Девушка на ресепшен просто РЕСПЕКТ. Номер достаточно просторный, вид во двор, но во дворе приятное место отдыха - терраса. Кровать удобная, в номере все есть для отдыха: чайник, кофемашина, чайная и кофейная пары.

El hotel es genial, y me atendieron bien, aunque al llegar me echaron al principio la culpa de haber hecho mal la reserva. La habitación que les salía era con camas separadas, y me dijeron que me había equivoacado. Me extrañó mucho, aunque acepté el error y el favor que me estaban haciendo al cambair la habitación. Mientras tanto lo comprobé y efectivamente yo había hecho la reserva bien; cuando se lo dije me afirmaron que estaban teniendo problemas con Trip a este respecto. L'albergo è in una posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Brescia, vicino sono presenti vari bar dove potere fare colazione e qualche locale dove pranzare e cenare. Le camere sono buone e discretamente pulite. Per una coppia la stanza standard è perfetta, a noi è capitato un inconveniente abbiamo prenotato con Trip.com la camera standard di 16mq e ci hanno dato la camera francese più piccola, ma il vero inconveniente è stato che dal bocchettone dell'aspirazione dell'aria del bagno usciva puzza di fumo. Pertanto dopo averlo fatto presente purtroppo dopo la seconda notte, ci hanno cambiato la stanza dandoci la standard e fondamentalmente senza puzza di fumo. Alla fine se non ci fosse stato questo inconveniente il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto, peccato. Se sanno di questo problema non dovrebbero dare a nessuno queste stanze con problemi. All'inizio appena arrivati, sembrava che qualcuno avesse fumato da poco dentro la stanza e addirittura la receptionist ci ha anche arieggiato la stanza e spruzzato un prodotto che assorbe i fumi. Se ci avessero detto che il problema era invece la stanza avremmo cambiato subito stanza. Purtroppo credo che sappiano benissimo il problema di alcune stanze e continuano ad assegnarle. Cmq do una valutazione generale appena positiva.
