We stayed at this hotel as a family. Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained, but there were a few things that could be improved. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find only one bottle of water provided for four guests, which felt insufficient. The room itself was tidy, but the toilet unfortunately had a bit of a smell. On the positive side, breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, one inconvenience was the ironing situation — there was no iron available in the room, and the hotel could not provide one to us. Instead, we had to go downstairs to use the ironing room, which was not ideal when traveling with family. Overall, it was a decent stay thanks to the cleanliness and great staff, but with some improvements in amenities, it could be much better.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Super professional. Loved the self-operated laundry.

Отель отлично расположен, близко к центру, но за пределами зоны ZTL, в красивом историческом здании. Здание большое , некоторые из номеров в не в основном здании. Наш номер в этот раз был в основном здании , нам показалось это более удобным. Парковка отеля во внутреннем дворе, удобно. Номер чистый, большая ванная комната , кровать удобная. В ванной только мыло и гель-шампунь. Хороший завтрак. Есть автоматы с напитками, вода 0.7 евро, что очень кстати так как в номере воды нет. Не помешало бы обновить ковровое покрытие в коридорах, но в общем все хорошо.

What makes us unhappy is that the room only has a thin sheet and no quilt, When I inform it to the front desk staff, the answer I got was: sorry, there is no quilt. To be honest, the lack of quilt is not my problem, it is a problem that the hotel needs to solve. In addition, the room price of this hotel is higher than the actual service provided.

L’hotel si trova pochissimi passi dall’ospedale civile di Brescia. A cinque minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana Ospedale. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Accanto all’hotel c’è anche un ristorante che fa cucina italiana e indiana con tanti piatti diversi a buon prezzo. Le camere sono belle, moderne e molto pulite. Noi avevamo anche un grande terrazzo con tavolini e e sedie. Al quarto piano, c’è una piscina esterna, stupenda, grande e tenuta molto bene Con il caldo che fa, ci siamo fatte un mega bagno. Lo consiglio tantissimo. Facile da raggiungere, troverete anche una macchinetta che distribuisce bibite snack, il tavolo da biliardo e in alcune camere è presenti anche una piccola cucina che si può utilizzare a pagamento. Purtroppo non si possono caricare i video, avevo fatto il video alla stanza molto bello.

For a quick overnight stay when you want to pass by, this is a very fair value for what you need as a stopover with free parking. The hotel as well as the room felt a bit dated and are pretty basic. Nonetheless, they have everything you need and it was clean. The bed was not too comfortable and it was only one thin sheet as a cover. Breakfast was included and ok for the price.
