Posizione vicinissima al centro. Alla reception sono pronti e disponibili a risolvere ogni richiesta.parcheggio auto disponibile su prenotazione. La colazione è abbastanza varia. La camera verso la strada è leggermente rumorosa nelle ore di traffico, manca un poggia valigia.

Good hotel, but a bit below Hilton standards. Parking was full, so was offered public parking 100 meters from the hotel. The breakfast was quite bad, very small quantity of food. Did not like that there is no free welcome water in the room

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Super professional. Loved the self-operated laundry.

Nice historical hotel in Brescia with kind service by the Hotel staff. Good rooms, breakfast is ok, but could be improved.

The advantage of the hotel is very close to the train station. Although it is next to the railway track, the noise reduction effect is good! What makes us unhappy is that the room only has a thin sheet and no quilt, When I inform it to the front desk staff, the answer I got was: sorry, there is no quilt. To be honest, the lack of quilt is not my problem, it is a problem that the hotel needs to solve. In addition, the room price of this hotel is higher than the actual service provided.

Even though the location wasn’t very central, the metro station was just around the corner and the train brought you within 33-4 stops to either the city centre or the central train station. The architecture of the hotel was a bit idd (see photo) but the rooms were very comfy and practical. A fridge, wifi, aircon, a hairdryer were all there and I felt safe and could sleep without the normal city noises. The staff was multilingual and very helpful. The breakfast room was a bit bland but the breakfast itself was quite alright for italian breakfast standards (breads, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh Italian coffee). I really enjoyed staying here and will certainly come back!

L'albergo è in una posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Brescia, vicino sono presenti vari bar dove potere fare colazione e qualche locale dove pranzare e cenare. Le camere sono buone e discretamente pulite. Per una coppia la stanza standard è perfetta, a noi è capitato un inconveniente abbiamo prenotato con Trip.com la camera standard di 16mq e ci hanno dato la camera francese più piccola, ma il vero inconveniente è stato che dal bocchettone dell'aspirazione dell'aria del bagno usciva puzza di fumo. Pertanto dopo averlo fatto presente purtroppo dopo la seconda notte, ci hanno cambiato la stanza dandoci la standard e fondamentalmente senza puzza di fumo. Alla fine se non ci fosse stato questo inconveniente il soggiorno sarebbe stato perfetto, peccato. Se sanno di questo problema non dovrebbero dare a nessuno queste stanze con problemi. All'inizio appena arrivati, sembrava che qualcuno avesse fumato da poco dentro la stanza e addirittura la receptionist ci ha anche arieggiato la stanza e spruzzato un prodotto che assorbe i fumi. Se ci avessero detto che il problema era invece la stanza avremmo cambiato subito stanza. Purtroppo credo che sappiano benissimo il problema di alcune stanze e continuano ad assegnarle. Cmq do una valutazione generale appena positiva.
