"Hôtel pris pour une nuit et cela était suffisant ! Lit très dur et peu confortable. Chambre assez grande malgré tout. Hôtel près de la gare, facile d'accès. MAIS chambre rempli de moisissures dans la salle de bain et près des rideaux de la chambre !!! Aucune ventilation !!! Je n'y aurai pas passer une seconde nuit."

The room was beautiful with incredible decor and great attention to detail, the garden area was also gorgeous and very romantic! Very clean amd very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities.
The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the wine was the best we had in Pisa!
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend!

PPengguna TetamuI have just returned from a weekend trip to Pisa with my 7 year old son. We stayed at Hotel Bologna & we are so glad we did - the hotel was fantastic! It's in an ideal, safe location, very close to everything & a real handy base to have. The hotel is beautiful - the staff were amazing, our room was so big, clean & the beds were so comfy - which was ideal after we'd spent the whole day exploring what Pisa had to offer! Breakfast was amazing - lots to choose from & everything was delicious that we had.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pisa!

PPengguna TetamuFixed list breakfast from the cafe: croissant, double toast fillet with cheese and ham, fruit, juice & tea or coffee. Nice room but only one chair, fridge. We couldn’t get AC working but kept window open as it was spring time and not hot out. Show closet should be repaired as one door was difficult to operate and shower handle not able to fix in place but needed to keep in hand all time. Very nice personnel. Sometimes busy in the cafe as many locals use it as well.

PPengguna TetamuMedium sized Italian hotel in great location next to Pisa Tower, very short walk to historic area and busy town life. Hotel is popular and well worn on stairs, reception very helpful, multilingual and provides town map. Hotel accommodated allergy requests, we were blessed with a seated balcony at rear of property, room clean and had all amenities for short stay (no hot drink or fridge facilities in room) but restaurant downstairs for additional cost. Towels, soap provided and TV, hairdryer and air con in room. Book hotel transfers at reception as far more reasonable. Approximately 20-25 min walk from Pisa Central station and there’s a mini metro from train station to airport (just make sure you leave central station in right direct re town to airport).

CCookieChunHaving read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though.
Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

The reason for the average score is that we stayed in a ground floor room.
The room was very dated and in desperate need of updating, also you could hear everything in the room above as I’m assuming there’s no sound proofing/insulation between the lower and upper rooms.
Other than that it was great.

AAОтель находится в очень маленьком городке. Сам отель - хороший. Мне достался новый номер, шума не было. Очень чисто убирали каждый день. Из недостатков могу отметить: отсутствие шампуня, плохо работающий холодильник и отсутствие стаканов в номере.
За стаканами я обратилась на ресепшн, меня послали в бар, где выдали пластиковые стаканы.... Сама взяла стеклянные, поскольку не пью из пластика.
Отель и сама Тиррения - идеальное место для отстранения от мира. Жизнь в городе замирает часов в 8-9. Ходить некуда.
В 2х минутах ходьбы от отеля хороший супермаркет и несколько ресторанов. Ни в одном из них еда особенно не впечатлила.
Море - шикарное. Очень чистое. За чистотой пляжа тоже следят.
В получасе езды на автобусе от отеля - Пиза. Делать там нечего, кроме посещения башни, но это недолго - максимум минут 30.
Благодарю за отдых.

Tticoeur090Points positifs : Pratique car pas loin de l'aéroport (25 min à pied environ), même distance pour se rendre à la tour de Pise. Pas mal de magasins, de restos et snacks dans le coin. Personnel sympathique.
Points négatifs : A notre arrivée le soir vers 19h30, porte close et après avoir sonné une dizaine de fois personne pour nous ouvrir. Personne à l'intérieur. Nous avons finalement appelé le numéro affiché sur la porte pour qu'on nous donne le code d'entrée et le numéro de chambre où la clé nous attendait. Il fallait le savoir !
Petit déjeuner pas très varié.
Mais surtout aucune climatisation dans ma chambre un vrai four.
Bien pour une nuit lors d'une arrivée ou d'un départ....

SSea153I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that.
The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower.
I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. I will share about this hotel on my blog about Pisa.
