DDamironkzThe hotel is located in a remote area away from the center of Florence, specifically in the suburb of Prato. By car, it’s a 30–40 minute drive via a toll road. Alternatively, you can take a bus first and then a train to Florence.
The rooms are cozy and clean, though I did encounter an insect—though it didn’t bother me much. Unfortunately, there was no free kettle or water, only a paid minibar in the fridge. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming.

KKyneret AldanaExcelente atención de las chicas de recepción, lugar muy tranquilo con excepción que en las mañanas mientras salen los inquilinos, es un poco ruidoso, creo que como inquilinos debemos ser un poco más conscientes, pero independientemente de esto, todo excelente con el hotel, tube necesidad de estar una noche más y sin problema me sedieron la misma habitación para no moverme con todas mis cosas, estoy muy feliz con mi tiempo de estadía, Gracias por todo ☆☆☆☆☆

YYvonne LMKHotel room is just nice for a short stay to explore nearby attractions. Also served as a base to visit Florence and Montecatini.
Breakfast is sufficient.

PPengguna TetamuCheck in was not good. Despite pre-paid the room, at check in they wanted to charge me again and worst of all at the room rate was double what I have booked. They only accepted I have prepaid when I managed to produce the evidence (print out of my booking). Eventually I was told they had mistaken me with another customer with the same name.
It was very uncomfortable experience. But to be fair, during the rest of my stay, the staffs were all very friendly.

AAgustin Martinez VillanuevaUn hotel muy bonito !! No está en el centro de Florencia es un Pueblito cercano . A 25 min en tren de la terminal Santa María Novella . Lo único malo es que no puedes quedarte hasta tarde en Florencia porque para llegar al hotel saliendo de la estación. cruzas un parque que está muy solitario . Pero si vas en un plan familiar realmente vale la pena hospedarte ahí . Está frente al Río con una vista espectacular. Me

MMichael MelisSoggiorno di due notti, personale gentile, ottimo problem solving visto che il secondo giorno si è presentato un problema con la climatizzazione ma è stata risolta subito. Un peccato non aver potuto usufruire della Spa perché in ristrutturazione. Lo consiglio

PPengguna TetamuSono andata l’11 dicembre e sono rimasta una notte. L’albergo è vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada Prato est ed è comodissimo. C’è il parcheggio esterno gratuito. La camera molto spaziosa (addirittura con 2 letti) è funzionale. Personale gentile e la colazione a buffet ricca e varia. L’albergo comincia ad essere un po’ datato e “anonimo” per il mio gusto personale ma per l’occasione è andato più che bene.
