Hotel Narita dengan Sarapan

Close to airport with complimentary breakfast as early as 5:30am local time & shuttle bus to/ from NRT. Service was okay by the staff, bath towel in the room was smelly and requested a new one, with a prompt delivery by one of them despite busying attending customers. Found a few hairs in the toilet left by previous guest, not cleaning very thoroughly by the housekeeping members even though check out was 10am. Other than that, good stay. Thanks

There is a delicious yakiniku restaurant located right underneath the hotel, which is very convenient for guests who want a great meal without going far. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service between Narita Airport and the property, making transportation smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—only a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to travel anywhere. The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff provide outstanding service. They are friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the stay. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience.

Hanya menginap selama satu malam kerana penerbangan awal dari Narita. Tiba lewat dan pulang awal tetapi perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma sangat membantu! Bilik juga baik dan masa bas mencukupi untuk ketibaan lewat dan berlepas awal dari hotel. Berbaloi dengan harganya!

i stayed here for a night before my flight in the next morning. ive had a splendid time here, although theres nth to do around the area. the property is very clean and provide lots of spaces for lugguage. i would deffo cbe coming back.

Shuttle bus to/from Narita Airport - cover all Terminal 1, 2 and 3 Great shuttle service. Family mart at the lobby, convenient to have a quick bite before an early flight or even late arrival flight Room: Simple and clean. Is old but is well-maintained. Iron board provided and many hangers available Charging port with USB port available beside bed and also available on desk - universal adapter recommended TV: not too friendly to navigate. Basic channels available Overall experience is great.

Near the narita station. The room is quite small. There is transporting bus to narita airport but if your flight is early, you should check the time either way the staff. If there is no transporting bus, You can take train to NRT just a few minutes, very easy.

Location was very good as it's only like 5 mins walk from Kesei Narita station so it's perfect for transit stay if you fly from Narita. Romm was big so no issues with big luggage handling and storage. However there's one major minus: the toilet doesn't have those automatic features that typically all Japan hotels have, not even a bidet spray! Please at least add a bidet spray! Luckily we only stayed overnight there as transit cuz out flight was morning from Narita. I'd probably won't stay there again just because of this which is a shame cuz other things were just fine.

Wonderful cultural experience in this traditional yet nicely renovated Japanese Inn. Nice scenery from our room, delicious match tea and cookies, comfortable tatami to sleep in. nice and clean public bath, we appreciated the amenities especially the soft cotton. Areas for improvement would be the temperature and humidity, our room was too dry even with the humidifier on; would also be nice to have hand towels and children size causal kimono. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot, next time will try the meals.

Hotel itu sendiri sangat lama, tetapi ia terasa seperti sedang dibersihkan dengan serius. Sikap perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Tilamnya agak keras. Kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah ditutup pada jam 22:30, dan tetamu yang tiba lewat hanya boleh membeli barangan ringkas dari mesin layan diri. Alangkah baiknya jika waktu buka kedai serbaneka boleh dilanjutkan. Kawasan merokok berhampiran kedai serbaneka mempunyai bau asap rokok yang kuat. Apabila saya bangun pada waktu pagi, terdapat banyak kehijauan di luar tingkap Bangunan yang kelihatan di tingkat bawah sangat cantik.

We stayed at Narita Art Hotel with our family on June 30 before our flight to Sri Lanka from Narita Airport. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep before our journey. Its convenient location near Narita Airport made our travel stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay before or after a flight.
