GGuest UserThe room has a refrigerator induction cooker, tableware is complete, breakfast is good, there is a happy hour free dinner from Tuesday to Thursday, beer tube is enough. The only thing to pay attention to is not to smoke in the room, the fine is 3000peso.

GGuest UserI made my reservation through Trip.com and I had a payable amount of $3, 900.70 MXN. However, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they commented that the amount was $4, 397.19 MXN. When they showed them my booking confirmation email and the amount for which I had booked, they commented that it was certainly a matter for the exchange rate. However, I made the observation that I reserved in MXN and the amount was in MXN, which had not because there was that detail, and yet, it is a 12.73% difference, something abuse to be by exchange rate. After insisting a few times that they were reviewing it, they were not able to correct the amount arguing that that was the price that passed to you TRIP.COM and that they could not modify it (even when I taught them the mail with the price of my reservation). It's the first time in my life I pay a different amount than that came in my booking. I'm very disappointed and I would like a refund to me. Attach a photo of the bill where the amount that was charged comes to me.
