PPengguna TetamuWe had a short but pleasant stay the night before we left for the airport. We arrived late but the check-in was smooth and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. They inadvertently made up the sofa bed in the wrong room but quickly rectified it once we called, even though it was late at night. Small but comfortable room for a family of four with a great breakfast. An easy walk to the train station to head to the airport. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to families looking for a central, clean, and reasonably priced accommodation! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

PPengguna TetamuA beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments.
Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

JJu@auThe hotel is located in the centre of the old city, just a few minutes from Oslo Central Station and only about three minutes from the Oslo Opera House, making it very convenient for visitors. I booked for three people, and we were given a spacious and lovely family room consisting of two separate rooms. The included breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The dinner included was a light dinner. The whole day free coffee and the afternoon snack were very thoughtful. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit dated, but hopefully the ongoing renovations will address this.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaDefinitely a busier part of town but we enjoyed being in the middle of it. Could see and hear the water fountains in the park from window. There is a little second level perch/balcony which was amazing to sit at during the evening sun while sipping some of the delicious white wine provided by hotel. Easy walk to the train stations and overall great location for walking to all of the places we wanted to go to. Beds were very comfortable and we had excellent sleep! Morning breakfast was amazing and had a very nice ambiance! I can’t believe the fresh juice station and health shots…America needs to step up the game as far as hotel breakfasts.

MmonstergalUpon returning to the hotel after a short excursion, everything is still good as expected. Same friendly staff and clean room. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Oslo. Room n service is above average.

TTakakohazelnutLove the location, being located right at the side of a mall, also next to the train station and Hard Rock Cafe too. Room is ok too. The breakfast is served at a restaurant a few steps away from the hotel. Variety is fine but there were too many people and many tables were left uncleaned. There’s a female Asian staff there at the restaurant who was very rude and raised her voice at me when I asked if she could clear the table. Hotel concierge was quick to explain to me that the restaurant is not part of it.

XXMHACTCHighly recommended. The hotel is part of an old post office, located right behind a bus stop, 100m from a tram stop and 500m from Oslo Central Station. There are restaurants just downstairs or nearby. The room is large enough and well-equipped, with a washing machine, a big drying rack, a microwave and all utensils. There is a public room for (self-service, super convenient, pretty large space) luggage storage facilities and all the necessites (tea packs, towels, linens, and ear plugs etc., though it is quiet at night) Everything is done on app, including check-in/out and opening the doors.
However, the door-opening function in the app doesn't work sometimes so you have to use code instead (there's no reception). Also, you have to go through some stairs at entrance and a winding passage to reach your room. The room is a little bit dark at night (even with all the lights on) for reading and writing. The TV is located in a weird position.

BBianca HengNo regrets choosing this hotel for stockholm. The view right outside the hotel is breathtaking! We were greeted by this spectacular scenery every morning. Wished we could stay more days here. My family room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all, my family had a good time here. One thing to take note, it would be so more easier if you drive as the hotel is located uphill. Though the metro is just nearby, it is going to be difficult i.with a luggage.
