We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Our family had such a wonderful stay at Funny Lion! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and completely stress-free throughout our visit. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. Huge thanks as well to all the rest of the staff members who were consistently friendly abd attentive in every way. We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited. The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, it was such a warm, relaxing, and enjoyable family getaway. Thank you, Funny Lion, for the amazing hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!

It was so amazing that we check in to citystate asturias hotel. They accomodate us as early as we check in. And also the service is great. Even the food is so good.

Hollywood Hotel Puerto Prinseca The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio. The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience. The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible. The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system. The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Had a good stay here I love the decor it’s very artsy & unique, the breakfast was good. My room was spacious just wish it was a double instead of two beds together. Cycy gave exceptional service at the restaurant/pool bar always very professional friendly & goes above & beyond for guests! The location is a bit far from the city in a little village

Hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but a few portions of the resort are under renovation. The main pool needs repair. Other than that, we had a very good experience.

We stayed 1 night, for easy access to the airport. Walking distance to the bayside walk and lots of restaurants and bars. The bedroom and bathroom could do with being updated but it was cheap / value for money. Hot and cold water dispenser and nice area for eating
