Küçük bir butik otel. 7-8 Haziran 2025 tarihlerinde aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otel Ürgüp'te tarihi vadiyi hakim bir konumdan görüyor. İşletme sahibi Turgut Bey müşterilerle bizzat ilgileniyor. Kapadokya yöresinde görmeniz gereken yerler hakkında bilgi veriyor, böylelikle bölge hakkında bizim gibi bir fikriniz olmasa da bilinçli bir şekilde geziyorsunuz. 2 gün dolu dolu güzel bir tatil yapıp evimize döndük. Özellikle Turgut Bey'e çok teşekkür ediyorum. Şansı ve müşterisi bol olsun.

I just want to share how amazing my stay at Kayakapi was. The whole place feels like living inside a cave, but with luxury. The view over Cappadocia is incredible. The room is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the staff are extremely helpful. The atmosphere is so peaceful. It’s honestly one of the most unique and premium hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

The home-made food was delicious and added such a personal touch to the stay. But what truly stood out was the host, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel like family. Our stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having. The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me! On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for everything you did to make our stay so great.

Vita Cave Suite is truly something special. The place feels nostalgic and almost medieval from the stone walls to the limestone sink, every detail whispers history. Each room is fitted with a beautifully scented diffuser that instantly transports you back in time, grounding you in the magic of the cave setting. The room itself comes complete with a Jacuzzi and a private hammam, elevating the stay into an experience rather than just accommodation. It’s the kind of place that lingers in your memory long after you leave. And then there’s the view, absolutely breathtaking. On a clear day, you’re treated to a distant view of Mount Erciyes, adding a quiet grandeur to the entire experience. This is one place I would return to without hesitation.

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

Zimmer war wunderschön mit Hamam 😍 aber Da unser Zimmer ganz unten war hatten wir keinen Netz. WLAN hat ab bestimmter Uhrzeit nicht mehr funktioniert. Warmes Wasser ging 2tage lang nicht nachdem wir es gemeldet haben. Hat sich der Personal sofort darum gekümmert.

Otel ***et temizdi. Odamız yeterli büyüklükte ve kullanisliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Orelin konumu Ürgüp merkezde idi ve ulaşım kolaydı. Ancak otelin estetik görüntüsü çevredeki otellere göre kötüydü. Kahvaltı zayıftı, çeşit az ve sıcak olması gereken yiyecekler sıcak değildi. Fiyatına göre otel yeterliydi.

From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and genuine care from the staff made me feel truly valued and at home in this stunning cave hotel setting. I had booked a standard room, but upon check-in, I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The room was not only comfortable and elegantly designed but also offered the unique charm of a traditional Cappadocian cave dwelling combined with modern amenities. It was quiet, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days of exploring the magical fairy chimneys and historical sites of the region. The service went well beyond standard expectations. The hotel provided complimentary transportation, which proved incredibly convenient for visiting local attractions. On my final day, they thoughtfully arranged free food—a generous and welcome gesture that added a personal touch to my departure. Additionally, the staff provided a detailed map of the area and were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, bookings, or any other needs that arose. Their proactive and attentive support truly enhanced my entire experience.

Отдыхали большой группой друзей. Отель очень очень красивый, местоположение замечательное, территория шикарная, очееь вкусные завтраки, в ресторане хорошая кухня. Из минусов: заранее просили раздельные кровати в номерах, но из шести номеров, ни в одном из них не было раздельных кроватей. Купили дыню, но ни в ресторане, ни на ресепшн нам не помогли ее нарезать, проигнорировали все просьбы. Бассейн очень холодный, не прогревается даже за жаркий день. Хамам не работал.
