Hotel Bakersfield dengan Sarapan

Chose this hotel for a baseball tournament, (we travel A LOT….) based on its proximity to the fields and the food options near the hotel. However, the hotel is small, dated and could use an update. Breakfast is provided, however you cannot use the lobby after 11am. They were kind enough to let some of the dads have a few beers after dinner in the lobby that was completely empty. We were not able to get additional towels for the 2 nights we were here and I had 2 dirty, smelly baseball players in my room. The water was luke warm at best for the showers in the morning and our rooms were not cleaned even though we asked for it to be cleaned.

I am a diamond customer and booked for 4 people and find only 2 bath towels, 2 coffees, 2 paper cups, minimal amenities, and the nightstand usb not working. It was too late and the room too far from the front desk to go complain however this experience made me a very very disappointed customer.

Located right off the highway and very close to Costco and other businesses. Other than being slightly understaffed, this is the standard courtyard experience.

This hotel is located in the perfect location to access the freeway, very convenient. Hotel is definitely one of the cleaner hotels I’ve ever been to, it seems as though they do take pride in everything that they do. They have a wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices and options. And my little one especially loves the indoor swimming pool

This Residence Inn is absolutely one of the cleanest hotels around. Every part of the room was cleaned with care. Seriously, the cleaning staff deserves a raise. Every employee that I passed by said hello or asked if I needed anything. The staff were so kind, helpful and funny. Some of those that deserve recognition are Bella, Desiree, Marijane, Fortino, Dennis and Carlos, that made my stay better. Ex: asking if I needed help carrying my luggage down from the upper level. Of course, being a RI, there's the usual breakfast, some popcorn or cookies throughout the day The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. Close walk or short drive to many places to eat. Across the street is an AMC theatre and a grocery store.

Dengan adanya co-vid, mereka membersihkan bilik dengan lebih sedikit, yang merupakan kelemahannya, tetapi kita benar-benar faham. Selalu ada tempat yang menyenangkan dan tenang di resort ... Location is nice and front desk staff is nice. Right off of the free way. There is a Starbucks and Supercharger. I got 3 hours of sleep from staying here. People are having parties and slamming their doors all through the night then at 8am, the cleaners talk full volume in the hallway. There's no way I could sleep through someone laughing out loud. Thin windows too, I was on the 4th floor and I can still hear people talking in the parking lot. Breakfast? Not even breakfast. Some bread, yogurt, and fruits. Not worth $17. I probably would've slept better in my car.

This is one of the worst Marriotts I’ve ever (not) stayed at. I travel over half the month for work and stay almost exclusively at Marriotts so that’s saying something. I had a reservation before Labor Day but was running early with appointments and could make it home instead. I called the hotel asking if they charged a fee for cancellations and was told no and they would cancel my stay. If they would have said yes I would have stayed the night and head home in the morning. But I went off what the front desk told me and took the no fee cancellation and headed home. Then I find out they charged me a fee. Not the quoted rate, just some random fee. I call and speak with the same woman who originally told me there would be no fee, only to be told she couldn’t help me and that only the manager could but since it was before Labor Day she wouldn’t be in until after the holiday. Fine. I call back multiple times the next week before speaking with said manager who said she was aware of my case and understands. She said she would refund the charge. A month later it’s still not refunded and they have not sent any invoice for the charge on my account. I called again several time and was given an array of reasons why they have yet to either a) refunded my account as promised or b) at least provide a receipt for me to process the charge on my expense report. Only yesterday after several calls over several days did I get a receipt. Absolutely unprofessional and will not stay here again. Do not give them your card information. Do not trust them when they tell you there is no charge. Ultimately, I’m fine with the charge; it’s for work so it’s not coming out of my pocket but to not provide any sort of documentation for a charge is absolutely unacceptable. It is unacceptable for the manager of all people to say they will issue a refund but never process the refund. I’d expect that from a low level employee but not someone who runs the place and that I had to track down. Horrible customer service.
