MMichelleLowWe had a wonderful stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with two queen beds and it was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to access shopping and key attractions. We also enjoyed Bar10, which serves good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuI was really disappointed for the checkin. One of the lady at the front had bad attitude when she is talking about gold membership benefit. Honestly saying, she is not right person for the frond. I had great experiences in China and London. So Boston was not right for Hilton. I will reserve other hotel for the stay in Boston next time.

Номера небольшие, но все очень комфортно! Удобная большая кровать прямо у окна с видом на город (при заселении можно выбрать низкий или высокий этаж и вид - на город или нет).
Регистрация удобная
Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер.
Современный телевизор
Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно.
Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца.
Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут.
, тропа Свободы также находится рядом
Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров.
В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel downtown, offering cozy and comfortable rooms, a modern ambiance, and a cool bar to socialize. If you come by car, the best parking option is Tufts garage located just behind the hotel (daily parking rate was $45 as of 2025). The hotel is highly recommended.

PPengguna TetamuFrom South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station. The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport.

JJonathan McMullenI highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

As an international student newly arrived in the U.S., Hilton Boston Back Bay was my very first landing spot. I have been staying here for two weeks while navigating the difficult process of apartment hunting—which has been incredibly stressful due to my lack of U.S. credit history and language barriers.
However, this hotel truly gave me a sense of ”home” during this challenging transition. Even though my English is not perfect, every staff member I encountered was incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating. Their kindness made a huge difference in my first few weeks in Boston. I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome!
