MMichelleLowWe had a wonderful stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with two queen beds and it was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to access shopping and key attractions. We also enjoyed Bar10, which serves good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

888 countries traveler太美了，訂了城市景觀的房間獨自慶生好喜歡。白天晚上的景色都很美 ദ്ദിᐢ- ̫-ᐢ₎ 白天還可以看到日出 面向海邊 房間獨自一人不會太小 不是第一次住citizenM了 體驗都蠻不錯的 這家還在車站附近 超級方便
唯一的缺點大概是冰箱不太冰 買了生日蛋糕會壞掉 只好麻煩櫃檯幫忙冷藏

Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel

PPengguna TetamuFrom South Station to the hotel is closer than I thought only $25-35ish for Uber. For subway take 15 mind from the hotel to the station. The room is big and clean, the shuttle bus service is so good only take 10 mins or less if no traffic from hotel to airport.

JJonathan McMullenI highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

PPengguna TetamuLocation was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

PPengguna TetamuI got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!

As an international student newly arrived in the U.S., Hilton Boston Back Bay was my very first landing spot. I have been staying here for two weeks while navigating the difficult process of apartment hunting—which has been incredibly stressful due to my lack of U.S. credit history and language barriers.
However, this hotel truly gave me a sense of ”home” during this challenging transition. Even though my English is not perfect, every staff member I encountered was incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating. Their kindness made a huge difference in my first few weeks in Boston. I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome!
