Good value considering the location, the restrooms seem to be perpetually cleaned, I heard cleaners at all hours of the day in there, so that’s encouraging for anyone worried about cleanliness. There was always hot water, the shower gel and shampoo are complimentary, the wash bags you get are filled with hand towels and bath towels as well as wet-floor slippers and a bath robe, a weeks stay is probably just right before they need a clean but the option is there to replace them whenever you want so just ask. Reception staff are friendly though I didn’t really interact much as I was out and about most days and evenings. I wish I had checked out the bar because that also seemed cool but alas no time. Only issue I had was one night/morning there were some very loud folks out on the main road (Berkeley Street) but that was only an issue because I was on that side of the hotel and after I went outside to ask them to kindly move along they obliged without issue, I just felt that maybe it should be the hotels responsibility to check this out but that’s just my opinion. Overall I’d definitely stay here again.

I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay with my family. The room was exceptionally clean, and I absolutely loved the bed and pillows they were incredibly fluffy and comfortable, which made resting a pleasure. The room was spacious. I love the hotel had starbucks inside. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return in the future.

I highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

We had a good time in Boston. Our hotel location near by train station and close to downtown. Also just few step has metro station. Our room clean. Nice things too there’s Starbucks Coffee.

Amazing hotel downtown, offering cozy and comfortable rooms, a modern ambiance, and a cool bar to socialize. If you come by car, the best parking option is Tufts garage located just behind the hotel (daily parking rate was $45 as of 2025). The hotel is highly recommended.

Stayed at Hilton Boston Park Plaza during our Boston trip and really enjoyed the excellent location — very convenient to Boston Common, Public Garden, Quincy Market, and many restaurants. The hotel has a beautiful historic charm while still feeling modern and comfortable. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great choice for tourists visiting Boston!

The room was not so big but the hotel location was perfect for us. Had trouble to park the car.

Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

It’s really clean and spacious and very close to the airport with a shuttle that takes you there. We had one issue with the water in the shower wouldn’t go down and they told us we had to wait until morning, but with some push back as we just got off a long international flight. They changed the room for us. And they made it right when we stopped by the from desk in the morning, will stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable
