Nice location and clean rooms we love the greetings inside

The hotel was absolutely nice and beautiful! The room was very clean and well designed. The breakfast was good and we actually had our breakfast outside by the pool which was really nice. The pool is nice. The location is in a commercial area. I had a car so I was able to drive to places nearby. There are restaurants you can probably walk to however it’s hot in Texas. there is a very nice restaurant inside the hotel, but I didn’t try the food. I liked the hotel and would stay again. You have to pay 12$ a night for parking.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was right off the interstate and easy to find. The lobby to this hotel was simply gorgeous and I loved entering it. It made us feel as if we were staying in Las Vegas or Dubai with the tall ceilings and fine decor. Our room was spacious and the air was cold just like we like it. Bedding and bathroom were clean and we slept like a dream! Make sure to be aware of shower and how to operate it before getting in. And look out for the soap dish in shower if you are one of those people who bend down and close your eyes in shower a lot. My significant other got a rather untimely gash because didn’t notice it. Other than that, loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

シャトルバスのピックアップを2回依頼したり、SNSでやり取りしても2時間来ませんでした。結局ホリデーインのドライバーの方が心配して声を掛けてくれて送ってくれました。空港まではちゃんと送ってくれました。シャトルバスサービスがあるから予約したのに残念でしたがお部屋は綺麗で朝食は良かったです。

I wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15. The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. The hotel is really close to the airport, very convenient if you have a connection. I would give 5/5 to the hotel but I had an issue with the shuttle, is really hard to know where does the shuttle stops at the airport, there is no information on the hotel's website neither on trip.com. I had to call to the hotel for indications, they only said: go to the pickup point. At the end I had to ask a person working at the airport and he told me were the stop was, but, when the shuttle arrived it didn't stopped and I had to take a $17 Uber.

Loved it so quite and everyone is very friendly rooms are super clean stayed in a king suite my whole trip :)

ridiculo de hotel, na descricao tinha shuttle bus aeroporto ate hotel, minha familia teve que pagar quase 140 us por que tinha 4 malas o uber/taxi hilton nota zero hotel ridiculo propaganda enganosa pois sempre me hospedei nessa rede tinha ate categoria diamond, vou riscar da lista

I read a review that says the elevator is old and the hall way smells a little. Those are not wrong, but the room was okay and the staffs were kind. One cannot expect everything to be the best for this price because it was among the cheapest price around the airport. If you are looking for a quality lodging, you will need to spend more.

Hotel is goed, met (~150) grote kamers, zelfs met keuken, koelkast en kooktoestel..echter geen bestek en potten en pannen gezien. Verkijk u niet op het ontbijt, want dat is staand bij de receptie een bakje koffie met een koekje... Airportshuttle 24/7 is er wel, maar gecombineerd met 10 andere hotels in North. Een half uur of meer wachten is niks als het wat tegenzit ..bel sowieso even het hotel dat u staat te wachten. Is de rondrit langs alle vleugels klaar dan is het ongeveer nog 20 minuten naar het hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk duurde.het van de koffer van de band tot het hotel ongeveer 1.5 uur....dat is veel te lang, vooral rond middernacht. Hyatt, Marriot etc waren ondertussen al minstens 5x langs geweest.
