"Absolutely love the place. Travelled during world cup for my fav Japanese team and was warmly welcomed by Sandman Signature Dallas. I will forever remember this place as this is my 1st visit to Texas. The staff are super nice here. Very clean. Thanks Madison for your service and allowed me to check in earlier after about 15 hours flight . Beyond grateful for the WC gifts given & i brought it back to Singapore ❤️. I love Texas ❤️."

"The hotel was absolutely nice and beautiful! The room was very clean and well designed. The breakfast was good and we actually had our breakfast outside by the pool which was really nice. The pool is nice. The location is in a commercial area. I had a car so I was able to drive to places nearby. There are restaurants you can probably walk to however it’s hot in Texas. there is a very nice restaurant inside the hotel, but I didn’t try the food. I liked the hotel and would stay again. You have to pay 12$ a night for parking."

"This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. As someone who holds a degree in Hotel Management and has been trained in proper industry standards, I am appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and service mind at this property. I extended my stay using DayUse to rest before my grueling 27-hour long-haul flight. Despite my special request for a 'Quiet Room and Nice view' made in advance, I was given an interior room facing the lobby. The service and management were entirely unacceptable on every level: 1. Lack of Basic Communication: They knew I had a massive, exhausting journey ahead, yet the front desk failed to inform me about basic amenities like the airport shuttle bus. I had to search online to find out myself and call the front desk to ask. 2. Severe Privacy Violation: At noon, a staff member rudely knocked and literally opened my room door without permission. The front desk failed to communicate the DayUse payment procedure properly, and instead of simply calling my room to check, they chose to barge in and violate my privacy. 3. Extreme Noise Disturbance: In the afternoon, housekeeping staff outside made excessive noise and slammed trash bins repeatedly, destroying any chance of rest before my 27-hour trip home. The staff showed zero professionalism, poor internal coordination, and a total lack of respect for guests' privacy and needs. Working in hospitality requires a heart for service, but what I experienced here makes me seriously question their training—or worse, if they treat international or Asian guests differently. I am utterly disappointed and will never stay here again.""

"We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights, with guaranteed connecting rooms indicated on the confirmation. (We specifically reserved connecting rooms due to a medical situation with one of our family members, the connecting doorway between the 2 rooms would allow other family members to respond quickly in case of emergency). When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the person at the desk said they had no connecting rooms available. We showed him the confirmation that showed connecting rooms had been reserved, and he still said no connecting rooms available. We asked to speak to a manager and discovered the person we had been speaking to was the Asst General Mgr Sean. We asked for the General Manager Angela Barfield but she wouldn't come out of her office to talk to us. Instead, she sent out the Director of Sales Dawn Brooks. She was of no help, I think she realized that the hotel made a mistake but she didn't apologize or offer any sort of remedy. In fact, at one point in the conversation she just walked away from the desk and went back into her office. After about an hour of back and forth at the front desk, and trying to find other hotels in the area that had availability (with no luck), we ended up staying at the Hampton in 2 rooms next to each other but not connecting. And on the 2nd night we were moved across the hall to connecting rooms. The actual hotel property was nice, seemed new (we were told 1 year old), the rooms were nice, the breakfast was nice. It's unfortunate that such a nice property has such a weak management team. Yes, mistakes happen. They made a mistake and messed up our reservation. But, a good manager would have stepped out of the office and said "I'm sorry, we made a mistake, we messed up your reservation, I'm going to cover your 2 rooms for the first night and we've got it corrected for the 2nd night." But, that didn't happen. In fact, the next day we found out that the hotel put 5,000 Hilton Honors points into our Hilton account. That sounds like a lot, but 5,000 points is only worth about $25-$30 in actual value. That's almost funny. We won't be staying at this Hampton Inn again."
