Nice hotel, good location, clean and value of money

An older Sofitel compared to some others I stay at as a an Accor Platinum member but my experiences have all been quite postive when I stay here. Staff as usual were very friendly and helpful which is what brings me back to Accot hotels, and the fact my room is almost always ready early. Quite a large hotel with a few different options for food and drinks. The breakfast is quite good, alot of options and plenty of room to sit and relax. The gym is on the smallish side but nice pool and amenities. My King room was quite dated badly in need of a renovation but its quite big and the bed was comfortable. Parking can be a bit difficult at times. The location is very convenient if you are coming by train and its only 5 minutes walk into the CBD. Overall a good hotel and experience.

Oaks Festival is by far the best apartment hotel of the many we have previously stayed at in Brisbane. It is impeccably clean, well furnished, beds are super comfy, the shower is amazing and you could not wish for a better location. Will definitely book to stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane.

I love this apartment - I love having a little covered balcony. The location is convenient to walks in the Botanic Gardens and along the river, and there are plenty of interesting restaurants nearby. Parking is accessible and reasonably priced. The unit contains everything you need, including a small washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is also adequate - although having ice in the freezer trays would be a plus after a long day!

I loved the Brisbane Hyatt. I ended up spending four more nights there and it just couldn’t get enough. It was centrally located. I was able to get around town very easily. I was able to walk over to the wonderful Parkland lake where the big party is in the middle of town where everybody’s at the beach and playing volleyball having fun The food was exceptional. The service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was modern and clean and eco-friendly so all in all I was quite impressed and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. Thank you very much! I’m a big fan.

Love the rooms, staff is superb and is easily the best hotel in Brisbane in my humble opinion

The hotel was very well located for our short visit to Brisbane The staff was friendly the rooms were nice with 2 large twin beds Nothing luxurious but comfortable The Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety for everyone The bar on the rooftop was great

Great location, right next to the Botanical Gardens. This location is quieter than other 5 star hotels in Brisbane city and much preferred. Furniture is a little old but view is amazing.

I booked 3 rooms for myself & family, one of the rooms was meant to be a family room but felt that one of the couple rooms was clearly more superior. We paid extra for the family room & had to ask for a towel, blankets & even teabags. Balcony only had 2 chairs for the family room. I booked the room together & for some reason we were all on random floors, it was a bit of a nightmare. The room was not clean, cigarettes left on the balcony, ash all over the balcony floor, child handprints all over the glass door, no soap in the dispenser. The rooms aren't very sound proof, could hear construction late at night. On the plus side, the main room was spacious, dark & had a great aircon. Good location around the corner from Queen Street mall for shopping, food & BWS down the road. Nice modern bathrooms with washing machine.
