The staff at this Holiday Inn Express is fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We had a great experience.

It was sort of off my planned path, but the king suite was huge and the bathroom was very nice

The hotel was nice breakfast was nice but i only have two complaints one i had reserved a room with a jacuzzi they only had one and gave mine away a two they had a drain issue so was an odor coming from the shower drain that was foul

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness and quality of this hotel. Very conveniently located with many unexpected amenities such as snacks and a lovely pool and hot tub and excellent breakfastmade this a wonderful stay. Robert was above and beyond helpful.

This property should be a flagship example of customer service comfort and cleanliness.. We especially want to recognize Sam the breakfast host she keeps everything deliciou, well stocked and the area spotless! Highly recommend this property for your next stay!!

The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel! Bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, and more! Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and ready to go for us. Showers could have had better pressure.

From the time I arrived until the day I left (5 nights), I always felt like a welcome guest. Excellent breakfast options (including hot foods) with a staff person on site that is continuously making sure tables are clean and food bar area was clean/filled. My room was of good size, with a very comfortable bed, working mini fridge, ample dresser/armorer space for clothes, working a/c. good shower presser, keurig machine, free (good) wi-fi and parking, and the room was cleaned to my satisfaction daily. The only suggestion that I have for the property is that the pool/hot tube/sauna room are outdated and need a tremendous facelift/update. But otherwise this was an excellent stay and I was pleased with the owner, staff, and my stay at this IHG property.

There was a homeless guy outside. We had to have the staff revacuum the carpet-it still was not clean after that and she was not happy we asked, even though we tipped her. There was red stuff (?blood) on the wall. Breakfast was adequate. It was fine for a quick overnight.

Nice people around, friendly environment. Close to shopping. Food market place is convenient. Near highway, diving easily from and to downtown. The manager and staff are helpful. They are flexible to modify your reservation to meet your needs

Very nice people excellent breakfast with many selections. Convenient off of 80. Rooms were clean bed very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff running the breakfast did a great job keeping up and were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful with info for getting downtown to a concert we were attending.

Very Lovely breakfast buffet in the morning. Sam, kept everything tidy and clean. Friendly lady and good service. Quiet, clean rooms and lovely HOT hot tub, very nice. Pool is not warm, but at least not freezing cold water. Clean room and quiet. Easy location off the turnpike.
