Ulasan Abbey Beach Resort

We have stayed here for three nights and luckily we have upgraded to 2BR beach view. Every day I had morning walk at beach side, so lovely to stay at Abbey beach hotel. So quite, I can heard bird sing, duck voice. Will come back again someday

Arrived and was greeted cordially. Clear instructions on where to go to find our apartment. I couldn't park in the allocated spot undercover due to the neighbour taking up more than one car space. So we had to park further away from our apartment. At least we could park! Our room was upstairs yet I had booked a ground floor. Didn't matter! It was clean and tidy. It was very noisy in the front bedroom due to the wind from the storm that night. My daughter had to swap bedrooms due to the noise. The beds were comfortable and warm. I had an even nicer attendant upon check out. Overall it was a lovely stay. The hotel is not brand new and does look a little tired but it is not as bad as some places I've stayed. I would recommend it for families as it is easy to find and has easy access to Busselton and all it's delights.

The resort was nice with a lake and multiple pools. The location was convenient as it was close to local shops and 24/7 reception was good.

Last time there I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time however, nothing had changed, it was horrible! Three vertical blinds were missing in the suite, Air conditioner not working properly and no paperwork to show how to fix; No menu for restaurant - had to go down to reception to get them to print one off for me; no towels provided on second day, Spa Bath was unserviceable as pain in bath was flaking; mattress on the bed appeared to have collapsed on one side and made sleeping on it very uncomfortable; Had a meal in our room on the first night (Caesar Salad); this was terrible and the parmasan cheese was cheap tin cheese and hard as a brick. When we checked out we attempted to pay with cash. This they refused stating that the motel was cashless. They then charged me a surcharge for using a card. RIP OFF! They have seen the last of me. Recommend that all should avoid the Abbey Beach Resort. It is very second rate and the service and facilities are shocking.

Nice Stay in Abbey Beach Resort, both adults and kids enjoyed the stay there. The two room apartment was spacious with all the amenities that we needed.

방이 넓고 깨끗하고 특히나 리조트에서 해변으로 이어지는 길이 굉장히 이뻣어요

房間很大，很乾凈，廚房用具一應俱全。還有室內熱水泳池，可惜我們沒有帶泳衣。前台很熱情，很友善，有問題立馬解決。

Dịch vụ tốt, phòng rất rộng và sạch sẽ.

年份太久 有些看着比較陳舊 外部環境很不錯 靠海

靠近海灘，房間特別大，還有廚房！

按摩浴缸超級棒。離海灘走路2分鐘，環境絕佳。房間有餐具、微波爐一應俱全。
